Le sac à dos qui m'a été livré ne correspond pas au " haut de gamme" revendiqué par cette marque ! L'excédent de colle utilisée pour fabriquer le sac a débordé à l'arrière du sac, cette tâche de colle aurait dû être remarquée au contrôle qualité, et ce sac n'aurait pas dû m'être livré.
Contacté, le SAV ne répond pas.
Ne croyez pas les "avis clients" sur le site : même si j'ai acheté mon sac, je ne peux pas déposer d'avis...
Donc au final, Travelpro, c'est du marketing pour vendre des produits fabriqués en Asie avec un maximum de bénéfices !

I have faulty wheels on my Flight Crew 5 spinner. I first contacted Travelpro Europe almost a year ago to get the bag fixed or replaced. I send them the info they requested then I hear nothing. Every time I contact them again they either don’t reply or ask how they can help but then I hear nothing. This is appalling customer service. How do I resolve this?

Quality lasts weeks; the wait for support lasts a lifetime. My bag broke almost immediately, and I’m still waiting for a human response. Apparently, their 'lifelong warranty' refers to the time you'll spend in the support queue.

They aren’t responding to my emails claiming my warranty. The bag was already broken within 2 months. They aren’t responding in any way, have claimed my warranty already 2 months ago.

Don't trust their website reviews! Travelpro deleted my legitimate negative review of their product from their website, likely in contervention of the DMCC Act. I am reporting them to the CMA. In the meantime, don't trust their review scores!

I bought a Maxlite Air Large Expandable Hard Shell Spinner 78cm in May 2025. I forst used it on a trip to the USA in October. The case was full and expanded and had a strap around it. Despite the strap, when I collected the case at JFK, the zip had parted.
I tried to contact TravelPro, but there is no number and when you are in the USA, the website defaults to TravelPro USA, which requires a USA telephone number. After an hour of going round in circles I gave up and went and bought another (proper) suitcase. However, I brought the broken one back to England in the hope of sending it back as not fit for purpose. Getting any sort of answer from TravelPro Europe was hopeless so I'm going to throw it away. Be warned!

Bought a suitcase. It became dented significantly on literally the first journey, but told that wasn’t under warrantee (ok). Then next but one journey one of the wheels completely fell apart. This was covered by warrantee but we have now been waiting for 2.5 months for a replacement when we have an unusable suitcase.

I purchased the Travelpro Maxlite 25" spinner in ORCHID PINK for my recent trip to Greece. One of my reasons for purchase was the warranty. A zipper pull was missing on the front pocket upon my return; I requested a replacement zipper pull from Travelpro & paid $10.64 for shipping. I received 2 PURPLE zipper pulls, & this response-"...the exact size, color or model cannot be guaranteed, but Travelpro will make every effort to replace it with a similar model or collection." This suitcase is not cheap nor discontinued. What good is this warranty? Others have complained about this problem, so I am not alone. I will not purchase from this company again and wanted others to know my experience.

Telescopic handle on Travelpro cabin bag detached on trip. Went to website, price changed 3 times, ordered & ONLY after paying for bag, p&p revealed at 46% on top. Delivery window confirmed. Never arrived. No way to track bag online. Fedex then changed delivery by 5 hrs. Package arrived, had been opened, resealed & 2 pieces of Styrofoam doing nothing. V poor customer service, no apology or acknowledgement

Ordered on Thursday. Very quick response from eshop. Shipped by DHL Express at Friday and by the next Wednesday morning order was delivered to Slovakia (with customs clearance). Perfect service, recommend!
