This is the second time that we have used Trend Blinds based entirely on professionalism, punctuality, reliability, quality of products , competitive pricing and service. Mehmet is outstanding - excellent communication, turns up promptly, completes installations efficiently, effectively and perfectly, checks mechanism functionality with us and all this without any time wasted. We have had quotes for the same type of product that was a little cheaper, however , we chose to go with Trend for a far superior service , reliability and quality. Highly recommend and will definitely use Trend Blinds and Mehmet’s services again.

the customer service is poor they told me they would come 1 week's time but it took them 5 weeks to come i told them what i wanted but they did not do it their communication was poor i would rate them -1 billion stars

Had all of our blinds measured and paid for weeks ago and promised to be delivered the next week as we wanted them before Christmas . Four weeks later they confirmed that they couldn't actually fulfil the order, bar one blind. We are still trying to get the one blind fitted but not getting any response and haven't been refunded for the TEN blinds we were promised. AVOID IF YOU WANT ANY LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

He came over to take measurements and provided a quotation that was very close to my budget, which I really appreciated.
