I had a fantastic experience with Mehmet’s blinds installation service. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. From taking accurate measurements to ensuring a flawless finish, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The blinds look amazing and were installed with great care—clearly by someone who takes pride in their work.

The installer was well mannered, punctual and highly responsive. Had to call him out a couple of times twice due to slightly technical issue with the motor and once due to my husband ocd with the double blind not being symmetrical to the single blind and he was happy to be of assistance. Blinds looks lovely and are of good quality. Would highly recommend.

Initially, I thought what a great service but when we ordered our 4th blind. The pull and wall fitting wasn’t installed correctly. The raw plug was sticking out. The cord was loose and my freshly painted wall now has to be filled and repainted. I did originally ask them to come back but decided against it. So I don’t recommend

Good quality

I love my blinds.
My problem is that, after a year, the whole one side of the track fell down in my patio.
I personally feel it was not been screwed in properly. My blinds run with a remote, so there is no way anyone could have pulled it down.
I rang several to the person who had put them up. Now his saying ,they are guaranteed for a year. I can understand if it was an accident and it fell. This was out of the blue, and actually it missed my head by 2 seconds. I've tried ringing the head office several times and no luck. I rang the person who put them up several times, all I get is his going to make a plan to come. I've heard nothing so far. I feel the after care customer service is not efficient.
I wish somone would just come and sort it out.
That's all I'm asking . I feel insecure when I sit in my living room every nite and it's dark out there. I was going to recommend it to someone for their new house. But if that's how your customer care service is, then obviously il have to think.
A company should look after their customers. That's the only way they will flourish.

I had my Veranda fitted with blinds measured, supplied and installed by Mehmet from Trend Blinds along with Erol on installation day.
Right from Mehmet’s first visit he was very polite, friendly and professional, offering and providing a wide range of quality blinds.
Always contactable throughout the entire process from ordering to fitting. Even when Mehmet was not very well at one point, which demonstrated the commitment and reliability he and his company offered.
On completion of installation the blinds looked even better than expected, which in turn reflects the quality of the product and testimony to both Mehmet and Erol’s professional skills along with the fantastic service provided.
