Dawn dealt with my issue efficiently and arranged a survey and repair. Chris was polite and efficient when he visited, with the repair being performed prompty.

Our experience was great
Our experience was great from start to finish - no pushy sales but good communication throughout. Ian the installation manager was very helpful and flexible. Marcus the fitter and his team were hard working and friendly. The windows and doors look great and were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended

Feature Windows Done to a High Standard
We have used Trent Valley Windows twice now for a front door about five years ago and recently went back to them to fit our bay windows as part of renovating our living room. The whole experience was very good the surveyor was thorough and didn't mind stepping across rebar, the floor hadn't been poured at that point. The windows were fitted slightly deeper than old ones due to the sash boxes being removed and the fitters finished things well to the level required. The price and the timing of fitting worked well with our budget and plan and we now have windows that are (or will be) a real postive feature of the renovated room.

Conservatory
I had my conservatory installed last year. I think they gave an over prized fee. Whenever I tell my friends and even those who come into my house for repairs were really shocked by the amount I have paid in this conservatory, everyone will say that I shouldn't have paid that kind of amount if I have chosen a different company. Tried researching and asking contractors I realised that it was really expensive considering the work done. Maybe because the surveyor or whatever it is called who came and did the planning and pricing noticed that I am naive. learned the hard way, now, whenever I do some projects at home I make sure to have a lot of options because not all companies are trustworthy. My overall experience with them is unsatisfactory. Slow to finish and every time I had to chase them. The lock of my double door is impossible to lock I believe it is misaligned.

Conservatory build
Very knowledgeable in the planning phase, explaining the options and the advantages. The survey was done very carefully which proved to be important to get a really good fit. I had 2 parts to the job so it was a little chaotic knowing the timings, but the quality of the work was excellent. Also the installers took care to clear up after each job. Overall very impressed and would recommend.

Unreliable and unprofessional impression from the start.
I had to chase them to make an appointment, several times. When someone came out, he was late as his other appointments over ran. He wanted to reschedule, but I asked if he could come measure the door as I had taken time off to meet him. He promised to follow up with a teams call. He didn't. No call to apologise or request to reschedule. Not a great first impression and I thought to myself if they are like this now, what would they be like if I actually placed an order? I have wasted so much time waiting for appointments and chasing appointments. Not great.

Fitted to a very high standard
All the installations have been fitted to a very high standard. From start to finish the service and workmanship for my new windows and door has been exceptional. The attention to detail and skill and care taken is outstanding. The installers were highly skilled, efficient, and friendly. The sales advisor was invaluable in providing supportive advice and going the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the specifications. The surveyor was thorough and also ensured I was happy with the specifications. The project manager has helped throughout the entire project process. I praise all for their care and attention. A very pleasing result that has made a tremendous difference to my home.
