I bought a trunki suitcase. It broke within the 12 month warranty period. Emailed to request a replacement multiple times. Have been ignored to date. Contact number on website doesn’t work and redirects to email address. Absolute scam artists

Awful experience, returned my item over a month ago and no refund. I have emailed over 7 times and had no response to emails, they also have no phone number. Absolutely shockingly ridiculous customer service. I had to start a dispute with my bank over the transaction. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

We purchased a Trunki Scooter for our little boy approximately 2 years a go, we picked this particular scooter which was much more expensive than the others in Halfords as we were fans of the brand as our little boy already had a suitcase. I noticed that the front set of wheels of the scooter were falling to the right and realised that the front spring had snapped. I contacted Trunki to purchase a new spring, I was referred to Halfords as Trunki don't appear to have anything to do with the product other than have their name on it. Halfords will only replace broken in-warranty scooters, there are no spares available. This means a Trunki scooter becomes a throw away item the minute a small part fails when it is out of warranty. Its sad when a company markets and sells a product, that is nothing more than scrap at the end of its warranty period if a £2-3 part fails, hardly what I would consider durable and fit for the purpose.

My daughter loves her trunki. She loves to pack things into it. We can’t wait to take it on holiday we’ve been practicing pulling her round in the garden it will be ideal for the airport. Perfect size for all her entertainment and snacks.

We absolutely love our Trunki! They are so hard wearing and it was delivered in no time at all! It’s perfect for every get away. My little one loves riding it at the airport, but also fills it with toys and takes it to her grandma’s house on a normal week. If your little one has their own suitcase It gives them a sense of ownership, which I love!!!

Trunki are great and such lifesavers for going away with toddlers! They are perfect for those long airport queues and also to store all their toys and snacks!

We love trunki products. We always take the ride on suitcases away with us. We love the fox reins too. We take the toddle pak swimmimg and its fab and we love the backpacks and lunchbox too!

We absolutely love our Trunki. Our daughter loves being able to sit on it and be pulled around the airport and she also loves to pull it herself. It's great for us when small legs get tired to not have to carry her too.

Love the Trunki- such a great concept for kids and fits loads in as well as being practical and fun for trips abroad.

My child really likes trunki, and it goes with us on every trip. it fits enough children's things and there is also fun at the airport. everything is easier with trunki. I also like the quality of the product, so I recommend it.

Absolutely love my trunk I recently bought for my 3year old daughter and she is over the moon with it. Will definitely be buying more and the scooters look great!

We used a trunki for our most recent holiday as a carry on for our toddler and it was the best thing we could have done! So handy and could fit so many snacks and toys etc in there.

My son absolutely loves his Trunki. He likes to pack his own suitcase as it makes him feel grown up. It was great to take on the aircraft when we went on holiday as my son could sit on top of the Trunki and we wheeled him around the airport to save his legs getting tired. Delivery was quick, will definitely order from them again.
