My beautiful Rex bag is my first purchase from Tusting and it is simply stunning. The quality of the material used and craftsmanship is superb. My bag is a joy to carry around, holds everything I need and looks very stylish indeed. I recently commissioned a bespoke briefcase for myself after a significant work milestone. I researched multiple options beforehand and became inspired while learning more about Tusting both their history and their process. I was fortunate to be able to create a custom piece together with their incredible team and go through the journey. Now that my briefcase has arrived, words cannot describe the finished product/new family member. The beauty, quality and craftsmanship are outstanding and I know that it will only look even better with use. A big thanks to the team at Tusting from across the pond! Saw this range of bags on an online article. Was looking for a burgundy crossbody bag and found one in the Tusting range. I had never heard of the brand but loved the look of their products. I was delighted with the bag I purchased. Excellent service and I am using my gorgeous new bag regularly.

I adore this brand. I have now bought four items from them - a handbag, a travel bag, a wash bag, and a laptop sleeve. One of the items I wanted to return and switch to a different model with very short notice and get delivered in time for a flight, and their staff picked up my call and were able to directly check for me on the phone that the warehouse had stock (by walking into the warehouse to ask! as it is on site) of the item I wanted and were able to put it out to DHL within two hours for shipping - absolutely fantastic service. The quality of their bags is brilliant and I am obsessed with touching the fabrics every time I get a chance to use the item - expensive but worth the money as they feel and look so luxurious. I will be buying more from them in the future, but wanted to leave this review as I have been so happy with the brand. I love small brands and this one is genuine and lovely - it's nice knowing my money is going to support this type of craft.

Having spent time seeking a UK based luggage manufacturer, Tusting have proved that Britain can still produce world class workmanship and outstanding design.

Ordering from the US and needed assistance with the color of the item-Lucy was amazingly helpful despite being in a different time zone and country! The exchanges were personal, timely and have made me a customer for life! Can’t wait for the next purchase! Lucy deserves a raise! Service and merchandise was BEYOND expectations!!!!

I rang customer services to ask for advice on colour for a glasses case. I was taken aback by the quality of the service. I felt as if I were talking to a lovely friend. The lady suggested off-white, a colour I hadn't considered. She said she'd see if it were possible to do this as it wasn't actually a colour they offered in glasses cases but only in their handbags. It arrived three days later and is absolutely stunning.

I recently made my first purchase from Tusting – a Mini Holly – and was delighted with both the quality of the bag and the great customer service. I requested a slightly shorter than standard strap because I'm very petite, but when the bag arrived I felt the strap was still too long. After a bit of discussion over email, Tusting very kindly sent me a new, shorter strap which is perfect. The bag itself is simply wonderful – I cannot recommend it highly enough!
