Not only did they fail to meet their obligations as our legal representative, they then tried to conceal their error. At first we were told by TWM Solicitors that the land registry would be completed within the year, then we were told it could take up to 2 years which aroused my suspicions so I requested the application number. Out of the blue, I received an email from a Senior Conveyancer asking that we sign and return a Deed of Covenant. Following some probing I discovered that this should've been done when we completed the purchase and that it was most likely the reason for the delays surrounding the land registry. Despite this error and the urgency to get this signed and returned, TWM also failed to spell our names correctly on the Deed of Covenant so we had to request another copy. Amazing ineptitude from such a large and supposedly reputable solicitors.

Started my Will with Wimbledon branch of TWM solicitors back in 2017, too my dismey, after making enquiries to review my Will. Nobody at the branch knows anyhting about my Will, and have no details of it. I have actually been told to complete a new Will review. Just imagine if I was a relative making enquires after my demise where will they get with TWM solicitors if nobody knows anything about my Will only after 8 years being with them. This is a big warning that I need to start my Will elsewhere. Which is exactly what I will be doing.

My partner and I have, over many years, both separately and jointly used TWM to sell, purchase and, most recently, jointly buy a property. The TWM conveyancing team, led by the super efficient Samantha Yearwood, have always been our go to experts. Sam and her colleagues have always been extremely responsive, provided first class advice and left us in no doubt that our best interests were being served. In addition to Sam we'd also call out Rosie Dinsdale and Seana Murray as stars within the team.

The team in Guildford who looked after my parents house move were excellent. They made everything go smoothly and were very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

We have instructed them for several other transactions in the past and they have never disappointed us. They are a class act - Claire Fountain, Shelley Burt and Vanessa Burt all bring a wealth of practical experience to bear, as well as impressive legal skills. That experience made all the difference between the sale falling apart and it going through smoothly. Also, unlike 'factory' type conveyancing firms, they are user friendly and easy to reach on the phone.
