UK Water Softeners Opiniones

Excellent installation of the water softener which is working brilliantly.
Very good sales process not pushy at all.
I would definitely recommend.

Definitely a five star!! Very good experience with UK Water Softeners ( a family business) in term of their sales process, order and installation. Highly recommended !

UK Water Softeners provides professional opinion and well service. Good job, Sarah and Steve.

Excellent customer focus and service, going the extra mile to satisfy our requirements. Great product, we are very happy with our water softener and filtered water solutions, the UK Water Softeners team even surprise us with a delivery of the additional packs salt way in advance of what was planned.

Highly recommended for your water needs!

Straightforward sales person (Sarah) - not pushy at all, just answered all my questions directly and honestly. Installation was complicated due to the strange configuration of my extended property (odd mains pipe location), but was achieved by the end of the day. Really happy overall with the products I received and the service.

I will give 100 out of 5 stars if system allows.
This means the job was extremely great. It was a long story and my job was last for almost 2 months, because something bad luck happened. But the experience was superb.
To keep the story short.
I installed water softener, quooker tap and its filter. Steve helped on the installation and all done perfectly. Bad luck happened that my pipe was blocked after the job. We have no clue but I agreed that it was not because of the softener installation. The team still helped me finding solutions and coming over and over many times to help. Finally got a workaround for the problem.
To sum up, Steve’s pipe arrangement was glorious. My pipes were messy, and they are now very tidy after Steve’s help.
Sarah explained the products and services clearly and no hard-sell. She was very helpful, proactive and promptly followed up.
Andrew helped liaising and kept his promises on following up and calling back.
The job was done very well, and most importantly, UK water softener saved me when I was struggled. This was a beyond expectation service that I could never find in anywhere!

Saved me money and delivered great service installing a new Twintec S4 water softener.

Very professional and efficient installation. Sarah and Pete well communicated with us before works start and explain clearly the pros and cons of the different softener location for us to choose. PETE is a very knowledge plumber and know very well every steps of the installation . I have no doubt to recommend UK Water Softeners to those interested.

Prompt, no nonsense, quick and tidy engineer who was most helpful.

Excellent customer service from initial sales contact & demonstration through to fitting. Very efficient and helpful, offering different options to get the best installation for us.
Very knowledgeable and personable.

I searched for several water softener companies. Thanks to my friend Minnie for recommending this company to me. Sarah came to my house and gave us a detailed explanation and review, and gave us suggestions as there were some restrictions. I was a little worried at first, but it was completely unnecessary!
On the day of installation, engineer Pete arrived on time and everything went very smoothly, he worked quickly and efficiently and highly technically, he did an excellent job.
This is a great team and I highly recommend them.

The experience is fantastic overall. Sarah has answered all my questions patiently and clearly. The installer is apparently experienced and showed high level of responsibility to his work. Would definitely recommend if you are considering to install a water softener

Very prompt service, clean and tidy job, great after sales support, good prices. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend them.

Local company with years of experience. Very professional service.

Friendly & professional people who have a great team of installers. TwinTec Water Softener installed without and problems or mess. I would highly recommend the company.

I got new Harvey TwinTec Water Softener installed via UK Water Softeners. Sarah was very helpful and quick to respond to all my queries initially. She came around and explained the whole process very nicely. Steve came sharp on time on installation day. I found him very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He explained the whole process nicely and answered any queries I had. it's been few days and I already notice the difference in my skin. I would highly recommend.

Just a very pleasant, honest, straightforward experience from sales visit to install. Family-run and it shows. Within 2 days I can feel and see a huge difference, especially with clothes, (cleaner) hair and skin feel silkier, and the black plastic and ceramic dishes are shinier coming out of the dishwasher. So glad I took this step.

Superb service from Andrew. His attention to detail and communication was brilliant. He was able repair our old water softener, which has saved us the cost of purchasing a new unit. Would highly recommend.

The company helped installing a water softener together with kitchen water tap, drinking water filter and drinking water tap. The installation was quick in 1 day and excellent with professional advice on how the pipework to be done between the utility room and kitchen.

Great help from Andrew and Carl sorting out a problem with our water softener. All dealt with efficiently and quickly. Excellent customer service with our regular salt orders too. Would definitely recommend this company.
