UK Water Softeners Opiniones

Excellent service - Came out to repair a water softener blockage within a few days of calling. Very reasonable cost & the more salt you purchase, the cheaper it is per pack.

This family-run company was recommended to me and I understand why. Sarah explained all aspects of the proposed installation to me carefully and comprehensively. On the day itself, Steve installed the system with consummate professionalism. He was also more than happy to explain everything he'd done and to answer any outstanding queries that I had. Beyond happy with the results.

On time and replaced our water softener for us. Checked everything was up & running before leaving. Highly recommended.

Cheaper than going direct to Harvey’s and also great service. Thanks.

Great experience from start to finish. Sarah helped provide the quote and answered any questions I had. Pete was my installer who did a great job in the 4 hours he was at the house.

All of this was done within 1 week of first contact.

Super happy and thoroughly recommended!

Sarah provided clear explanations of the installation process without any hidden fees, making us feel confident in our decision. Highly recommended

Sarah came to quote and plan the install. She was very informative with the various options and flexible with throughout the whole process. Steve did a great job on the install that had its own complications and was very tidy on completion. Great job all round and would very much recommend UK Water Softeners.

Thank you

I cannot recommend UK water softeners highly enough- This is the way to run a business. We had limited space in our kitchen cupboard & Sarah showed my husband the actual product in the cupboard & reassured us of the most suitable softener for our house. She was always responsive & quoted us over £500 less than Harvey’s. The softener was installed by a lovely plumber 2 days later who took great care in our house. They even registered our product for its warranty. We couldn’t have had a better experience for a reasonable price. Thank you! ☺️

Excellent service on the same day that I got in touch with a problem. Quick and efficient. Left with a neat and tidy kitchen. A very good experience.

From the first phone call and then Sarah who visited us, I knew we were in great hands! Firstly Sarah didn’t give it the hard sell which is the same as I run my company. Then was competitively priced. Then there’s the fact they are a family run local business who have been going for years. You have to support your local companies where you can and they just haven’t disappointed me in any way whatsoever. Shout out to Steve too, he was punctual, got on with the job and only had two cups of coffee! Neat finish, quick run through and we are done. Why can’t all experiences be like this!!

Very good customer services and the experience installer Pete provided the outstanding services.

The company helped to solve my problem of connecting my own water filter to the new tap when installing the water softener. They are friendly and trying to find solutions to figure things out.

Excellent service from UK Water Softeners. We upgraded to the Harvey S4 water softener and Andrew completed a first-rate and very tidy installation.
A very happy customer.

I have been a customer since 2009 when I bought my first water softener. This softener served us well for 15 years and then started making a high-pitched noise. Very helpful staff advised me over the phone how to stop the noise. Plumber, Carl, contacted me in good time and replaced the worn out softener with a new one without any mess or hard sell. On another note, purchasing block salt from UK Water Softeners is easy and delivery is very prompt. Great customer service.

Amazing service from a family run business.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work completed by the team. Quick, reliable and friendly, it’s no wonder they are the best at what they do.

Impartial, personable and knowledgeable advice is what you need, and this is certainly what we got!

Would recommend UK Water Softeners to anyone!

From start to finish UK Water Softeners provided an excellent and friendly service. Prompt initial visit and survey after leaving a request on the website; options for siting the water softener explored and evaluated carefully. No nonsense, all-inclusive quotation provided without any sales pressure. Appointment for installation made quickly there and then. Installation done efficiently and tidily, to my complete satisfaction. Salt delivery costs comparable to current supplier. I'm pleased to have found and used UK Water Softeners, and recommend without hesitation.

Sarah came round and discussed our options. Was a great friendly and knowledgeable service. Installation was quick and easy. Would highly recommend to use.

Sarah came out to my house to offer my options and a reasonable quote, and the fitter came a few days later to install my new water softener, explain the workings, and took all the rubbish and my old unit away. Well explained and a very efficient and friendly service was provided from both. Would recommend.

Sarah was very professional and knowledgeable when conducting the free survey. She accurately explained how the installation will take place with no hidden charges. Highly recommended!
