SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS - taking orders they knew they wouldn’t fulfill as just about to go into administration.
I am now £430 out of pocket, with no items needed urgently for my installation, and having to waste my time going thru my credit cards lengthy claim process. This is not victimless crime

Absolute shambles, took our money, assured us of a firm delivery date, then today we are informed they are going into administration.
Avoid this company and whatever phoenix company appears next out of these shameful ashes.

AVOID The company has gone into…

AVOID The company has gone into liquidation and all orders you will need to seek a refund , AVOID this company they have been nothing but trouble with deliveries and communication. this has caused significant delays in our bathroom renovation and future costs in getting matching products.

This company has gone into liquidation and is no longer trading. I received an email yesterday advising SFP RESTRUCTURING GROUP are dealing with the liquidation.

My order had been placed on 14/03/2024. I was initially told it would be delayed then nothing.

Absolute jokers

Ordered a shower door as was cheaper than elsewhere. After the five days stated for delivery had heard nothing. Rang numerous times per day couldn’t contact anyone. Finally got a reply via email that the delivery would be another 2 weeks which was not good enough for us so we asked for a refund. This was promised within the next 14 days. 14 days later no refund, no way to contact them apart from email which they ignore. Received an email today that they have gone into liquidation and we will not receive a refund directly from them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Disgusting and immoral behaviour.

Total scam

It is a total scam - took a substantial amount of money and have now gone into liquidation. I see now they were still happily taking orders knowing that there was no way they would ever be able to fulfil them. This site is a con and will operate as such in the future. Do not believe any good reviews - those clearly are fake.
Though I did appreciate this message from them today (sigh) "Please be aware that Aevum Retail Ltd is a distinct entity and will not be able to process refunds or fulfil any orders previously placed with Yorkshire Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. You will not receive the item. You will not receive refund. You have been warned.

I have lost £500+ for something purchased in February. I have been fed lies from customer service agents about a refund. And have been advised on email the company has gone into liquidation and no further support will be given. Terrible.

This company is shameful- Yorkshire Bathroom & Kitchens Limited, trading as UKBathrooms, UKBathrooms.com, UKbathroominteriors.com, and Riponinteriors.co.uk

They accepted an order on 21st March when they knew they were in financial trouble and going to appoint a liquidator. The current management is apparently no longer authorised to speak on behalf of the company but continue trading as some of the other companies mentioned above. If you have an outstanding order you are advised to contact your card provider to discuss a refund under section 75 of the consumer credit act. Trading standards should investigate how and why they were still taking orders in March.
Ripon Interiors is still online taking orders and trading and has a showroom in Ripon - Bondgate Green, Boroughbridge Road, Ripon, HG4 1QW.
The owners should ensure customers with outstanding orders get a refund.

Update- Also still trading as Coa Living (online) company address:

The three directors names you can look up on HMRC website. They are still trading as Ripon Interiors (showroom) and paying themselves large salaries. The company turn over approx 1 million a year. I have contacted Trading standards.

Aevum Retails Ltd which have apparently acquired UKBathrooms.com was incorporated on 03/04/24 - Ryan McCartney (only director).

Terrible customer Service

Terrible customer Service
UK bathrooms have £303 of mine. My bathroom items were never delivered.
They asked for an additional £92 for the items to be delivered to N. Ireland and provided a revolut account for us to make payment to. (Which is very suspicious - and which we did not do)
They claim to have transfered customer systems and asked for my bank details so a direct transfer refund could be made.
The refund has obviously never turned up
I have contacted by bank to help with a refund and I will also be contacting the police, as this is nothing short of theft.

STAY AWAY from UK Bathrooms (Yorkshire Bathroom & Kitchens Ltd)

Honestly...please STAY AWAY and do not buy from UK Bathrooms, part of Yorkshire Bathroom & Kitchens Ltd, Rippon, Yorkshire. I placed a large order on 26/3/24 but cancelled same day as lead time 5-8 weeks. I had a nice email from Robyn who said my money would be back in my account within 14 days. 15 days on and numerous calls (not one call answered) and emails...absolutely nothing back. I checked Companies House and looks they are struggling financially...also I see on the website that they are about to be acquired by another company.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, total lies on saying item in stock. Ordered a radiator over 4 weeks ago, lead time 3-5 days, didn’t appear and no updates whatsoever despite this message on order invoice
Your estimated lead time is: 2 - 5 days.
You will be notified by email if there are any delays on the order as soon as we are aware.
Had to email to chase, answered first email to say it would be in stock 1st of April and sent out. Surprise it didn’t appear and all further emails info and for a refund ignored. Will take this up with the bank. The reviews on this company say it all.

They’re bankrupt. Don’t order

Ordered tap on 26th March 2024. They said they will send a substitute as the one I wanted not in stock. Not heard since. Don’t pick up phone. Pretty sure they bankrupt. Claim money on your credit card.

DO NOT ORDER from this company

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Would have given no stars but there wasn’t that option. Initially very helpful, then time period elapsed and no delivery schedule was given. Chased and they said they was a supply issue with a couple of the items. Offered to ship what they had. We said we rather receive the delivery all in one go. We heard nothing back and from that point onwards we’ve had absolutely no response from emails. There is no telephone number to call. We’ve heard that they have gone into liquidation, but their website is still trading.

Don't do it to yourself

I made an order from this company mid Jan 2024, not knowing I was entering a regrettable saga which would become a regular part of my life for the next 2 months. 15 days after ordering and nothing showing up I chased, and they realised they don't have the item. Start of Feb a different item shows up. A load of back and forth with me having to prove I didn't order this. Them saying they'll redeliver the right thing. Then they say they don't have the item. More weeks of me chasing. Phone rings out and they mostly ignore emails (other than occasional irritated responses saying they will 'look into it' or 'we lost your bank details can you re-send' then back to ignoring). It was like being on some sort of hidden camera gameshow to see how far customers can be pushed. I got to the point of contacting Citizens Advice and looking into how to report to Trading Standards.

Finally one of my social media pleas got me through to someone more helpful and I got my money back, 2 months after the order. We renovated an entire house from scratch and this was by far the worst company we dealt with. Absolute nightmare!

Item left on doorstep smashed

Item left on doorstep and smashed. Emailed customer services, a week later they asked for more photos which I sent, two weeks later and multiple chasing emails later - no further response. we have since replaced the item from elsewhere. No answer to phone calls or emails to any of their email addresses. Shocking customer service - avoid at all costs.
