What a joke of a company!!! Placed an order for taps 19th Feb, delivery was 2-5 days. Emailed them after 10 days as hadn’t had delivery and they said they had been delayed.
I said I couldn’t wait so please refund me, which they agreed to do.
All seemed normal until I received no refund! After countless emails and countless excuses, it’s now 2nd April and still no refund?!?
Is this what they do, take orders and not deliver anything but keep your money??
Has anyone actually had anything delivered from them, genuine question??

Company is in voluntary administration. They do not answer phone calls or emails and have been waiting over 6weeks to get a toilet and vanity unit (despite their 2- 5 DAY advertisement).
Do not use as the 5star ratings must be staff or scams as this company is beyond useless!
UPDATE- company now being liquidated. Got an email a few days ago to start refund process through Section 75 on a card purchase.

Gave them a big order on 7th Dec 23 some parts were missing and they sent them out. The Vileroy and Boch logo on the sink really wasn’t level so we sent it back and apparently out of ten of the sinks they had only one was level, which they sent out weeks later for it to arrive with the logo not level, apparently they sent out the wrong one. After the courier went to the wrong address the 2nd sink was collected on the 21th Feb and we have heard nothing from them since.

They have stopped replying to emails and don’t answer the phone!

Now we gave them a 4k sale and the sink was nearly £400 and after 4 month we still have no sink or refund!

I would not recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely useless company. I ordered a basin on the 26th january that showed as in stock 2-4 days delivery. On the 30th january i was told the basin wasn't in stock and the order had to be changed to an alternative basin. The replacement basin came some time after but was much bigger than the original basin so was unsuitable and was cracked anyway. I then proposed another basin that also showed as in stock but they emailed back to say they were ordering the basin I just told them was unsuitable again so didn't have a clue and didn't listen to what I asked for. When they finally figured out there mistake and wanted to get the other basin they told me the lead time was 5-7 working days. The job would have gone way over and left me waiting to get paid. So I ordered another basin from tradingdepot that came the very next working day and told ukbathrooms i had ordered one somewhere else and to please refund me. They then emailed back to say there were going to send out the other basin directly from the supplier even after confirming by phone and email I got one somewhere else and just wanted to be refunded. So after confirming again that I wanted the order cancelled and to be refunded I'm still waiting as of today for a refund of over £100. I have sent numerous emails and have tried calling so many times but now they don't answer the phone and I've noticed they've taken down the contact number from there website not that it matters as they don't answer anyway. I wish I had checked the reviews on here before using this company, be warned if you use this company as apparently there main business is to scam and mislead customers.

Started off really good and the first order we recieved (was a very large order) was all good. We sent 2 things back but only got a part refund and i have been trying them for weeks to get in touch. Robyn and Oliver started off very helpful, but now seem to ignore my emails and they never answer the phone.

I need more taps from them, but i am reluctnant to order more until they refund me.

This lot are a bunch of scammers. Sell faulty goods , never answer the phone , don’t respond to emails , it couldn’t get much worse.
Please use someone else and don’t make the mistake I and reading other reviews , a lot of other people have made. Seems to be a pattern. So please people don’t get ripped off by these CON - ARTISTS

Ordered a new shower on 16th March with 2-7 days delivery, that was 13 days ago not a word from them and have not responded to emails or answering the phone!

Where do I start?

1. Phone number advertised is a dead line - no one answers ever! When I questioned via email, they ignored.

2. My items were advised ‘In Stock’ and ‘Available’. Ordered my full bathroom 4 weeks in advance of fitment. Not a single item arrived on time! I emailed numerous times and they wouldn’t respond for literally days. Then they would respond with the most useless information telling me incorrect information and dates of when items were arriving (which were all wrong)

3. When the equipment finally arrived. The bath, albeit this isn’t UK BATHROOMS fault - was damaged. I have since emailed numerous times with photos showing the damage asking for information on if they want to arrange a collection for the damaged goods or if they want me to dispose of. They have never come back to me with a resolution. I had to buy a bath from another company due to the none response.

Overall, I would honestly recommend staying well clear of this company. I would even pay more for items if you must. The communication is genuinely the worst I’ve ever come across!

These guys are terrible! I ordered some toilets which haven't shown up for weeks after they said and there is NO ONE to talk to and NO ONE returns calls or emails. I am beginning to think this is a scam company?

Was tempted by the low prices — what a mistake! Ordered a shower screen which said it would be delivered in 2-5 days. After a week and a half I emailed asking to cancel the order as my plumber needed the screen to finish the job. After a couple of emails back and forth was told my order had been cancelled and a refund would be processed within 14 days. 18 days later and no refund… Luckily received much better customer service from Chase bank who have credited me back. Should have checked Trustpilot before as only through this have I learnt of so many others having the same experience and that UK Bathrooms is in voluntary administration. When something is cheaper than anything else on the market there’s a reason — avoid at all costs.

I've purchased an item from UK Bathrooms Web Site. They promised a delivery in 2-3 working days, 2 weeks gone no item has been delivered. There is a phone number on the web page ( 01765 694 720 ), which does not connect. They respond to emails with cliche emails. Purchasing from UK Bathrooms was a big mistake. They don't even offer a refund or any other alternative.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN AND RECEIVE THE WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE!
I don’t even know where to begin. It’s been a nightmare from the beginning to the end. I will never buy from this incompetent company ever again and I will never recommend them! They have caused me so much stress, no contact via telephone as they have no phone line for over 2 weeks! Absolute lie and it’s a joke! Charlotte who is belittling and implying I’m lying over email and refusing to get a manager to contact me! No refund being processed…. I could go on and on and on! If I could report them to someone I would! Avoid at all costs! Still yet to see my refund. My shower is incorrect and fitted with the wrong parts! Parts not coming cost me with extra building costs for my bathroom! Absolute disaster and I wish so so much that I listened to the other reviews! You live and learn!!

Scam avoid bought items and never arrived

Ordered a sink which was marked as "in stock" with a 3-5 day delivery time.

8 days later and have heard nothing. Phoned them 6 times over 3 days and they never answer the phone.

Avoid at all costs.

First of all there was no update to my order for over a week. After chasing I wss told that one item was not in stock even though it showed in stock on their website. Following this one of the items was delivered to the courier damaged. I was I formed after 3 days of going back and forth that a new one would be sent from the supplier and they would be in touch. I have had no contact from the supplier and UK bathrooms have not responded to my last 3 emails, I have now requested a refund but they are not responding.

Awful service. Took order. Then told me items weren't available by email. Then were uncontactable by phone or email. Under no circumstances order from this company

They have not delivered, I cannot contact them, they do not answer emails, or ever the phone number given.

I recommend not using this company.

Ordered a shower early February did not arrive. Asked for a refund - Still waiting...... Queried the refund as not received. Got an initial response apologising (even though we had waited the recommended 14days) saying they would chase the accounts team. All other emails that have been sent are now being ignored. Seriously, if you do not want to be left out of pocket, and minus a finished bathroom, AVOID this company.

When a website says 3-7 days delivery I would expect some kind of update. They have no phones and refuse to reply to my email. This is nothing more than a garden variety fraud. I would also add, in 25 years of working, I have never experienced phone lines down for more than 4 days. This is one hell of a car crash and doesn't deserve to be in business. I just called PlumbWorld and the lady was incredible. And given other recent reviews, I'm looking forward to contacting Trading Standards. What an epic waste of time this has all been.

I ordered a mirror but they will not answer the phone regarding my delivery, which is currently very overdue. They also blocked my number (proving without doubt, that they are deliberately not answering calls). Emails remain unanswered too. I urge others to look elsewhere for suppliers. Don't even use this company as a last resort.
