Went above and beyond after item I received arrived damaged( not their fault as it came direct from supplier) Replacement item arrived day after speaking to Oliver, who was so helpful in checking mirror cabinet before it was despatched. High quality item at a great price. Thank you and would use bathrooms again

Can never get through on the phone and bathroom stuff they say will take 2-5 days takes weeks, if it comes at all.

Another problem is that it is almost impossible to communicate with this company as they rarely answer the phone.

I chose UK Bathrooms as I'd been let down by another supplier so needed a quick solution during my bathroom renovation. Their website clearly advertises 2 - 5 working days delivery and all products were showing as in stock. It turns out this is not the case at all, and I wish I'd read the other reviews here as they're telling a familiar story!!

They don't actually have the stock they claim to have but rely on another supplier who first delivers the stock to them, then once they've got it, it goes to the customer. This is why they can't give you a straight answer about how long an order will take.

Having tried to contact these guys for 10 days straight its now clear the phones don't get answered. Emails are being monitored but they are selective over which ones they respond to, and the responses offer no information and are just them biding more time with false promises.

I now have fitters sitting around waiting for these parts whilst I still can't move back into my home as they haven't delivered my loo!

It's got to the point I've asked the company to just be honest with how long its going to take as I need to know if I should order from elsewhere - but they won't even respond to that. Disgraceful customer service!

They sent a broken loo, no wrapping or protection, and some SIX weeks later we still await our refund and collection of the broken item. And in recent days - the phone line rings out, no one responds to emails or phone calls. Hopeless and VERY worrying. UK BATHROOMS - sort it out! Have someone call me please before I contact Trading Standards.

Terrible communication & service. Wish we had read reviews before ordering via UK Bathrooms & cancelling an order through another supplier, however, UK Bathrooms had what we needed and promised a delivery time of 2-5 days! Of course, this was to good to be true...

After chasing endlessly we were informed on the delivery day that one of our items had been discontinued. This was completely unacceptable and unnecessarily frustrating. They could've communicated this well in advance but left it until the last minute.

We ordered a shower suite and basin tap from UK Bathrooms and was worried having then seen reviews. Needn’t have worried, some delay because items were out of stock with supplier but all have now been delivered and delighted with the quality. Had to chase a few times for update on order but got quick responses and the team were really helpful. Thanks!

Note that this company is in receivership. My first order was 5 star but never received a second order of £275 worth of bathroom fixtures.
Previous review: I just received my order of Amara Runswick shower sets and accessories from Ukbathrooms.com and they are absolutely beautiful. They are actually Scudo branded items and are top quality at fantastic prices. I was very impressed with the Ukbathrooms website and truly delighted with the quick delivery of these gorgeous shower sets. Thank you Ukbathrooms for helping make my bathrooms look fantastic!

Didn't receive my order and had to cancel it. I was the one chasing for an update, they didn't seem too bothered about the order or maintaining contact with me.

When trying to get clarity on when the delay became apparent to their provider I was just given short, unhelpful answers - so I've given up on understanding what happened. The delay has caused my renovation to be delayed - so that is why it is important I understand what happened.

Anyway, I won't be using them again.

Do not use this company. I ordered a number of items, all of which failed to show up within the stated delivery window. When items did eventually arrive (one month after the original order and not the 3-10 days as advertised) the most costly item was damaged and had clearly not been inspected in advance of dispatch. Trying to secure a replacement for the damaged item or a viable alternative has proven to be a fruitless task. Six weeks after our order was placed we still don't have a replacement, no clarity on when one is due and an unusable family bathroom. On a mildly positive note, when you eventually get through to someone on the phone they are generally personable but don't appear to be able to do a great deal about rectifying the situation.

I had ordered from uk bathrooms and loved how useful it was to shop a whole range for one room. I chose the Amara Brushed Brass collection and felt the prices are very competitive.

I placed an order before reading the reviews so I felt a little on edge when I looked afterwards but overall I’ve had a really good experience with UK Bathrooms and their team.

I would mention that if you’re ordering from UK Bathrooms, consider ordering 2-3 weeks prior to your installation. As I had a month gap between ordering, the longer delivery period was not an issue.

The products arrived in various stages around 6 days after ordering but the quality is immaculate, beautifully packaged and the brass colour is stunning! The way in which it’s packaged felt like opening a new iPhone!!

Robyn was first class at communicating delivery dates and fast at responding to email enquiries.

I placed an order for around £600 worth of product and only had an issue with the Basin Tap which Charlotte has been prompt at rectifying, sending a replacement within two days.

Overall I would say good things come to those who wait! Thank you very much!

I was drawn to UK Bathrooms due to the great price of the bathroom cabinet I was looking for. I had read reviews and was a little concerned about the service but I needn’t have worried. The cabinet was delivered on time, although DPD took it to the wrong address. Robyn in Customer Service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I placed an order 1 month ago where the website stated 2-5 working days. I received no communication as to when I would receive my order. I had to call many times to chase delivery to which was told it would be booked in for delivery the next day, only for the items to never arrive. This happened 3 times.

Only when I asked for a refund (after 3 weeks) did my items miraculously get dispatched and delivered. This was frustrating as we had given up with UKBathrooms and ordered the items from elsewhere and had to arrange cancellation with them.

Though my items have now been delivered, I wish I read reviews before ordering from this company as it has delayed our bathroom project massively.

The only saving grace was Robyn who when I did speak to her was very responsive.

Very poor. We have ordered items for our bathroom from a variety of sites and this has been by far the worst company we have dealt with. Save yourself some hassle, pay a bit more, and order from elsewhere.

I don’t normally write reviews but felt after reading some of the bad reviews I would . We ordered a tap that was on sale down from £60 to £18 . To be honest I was a bit sceptical due to the incredibly low price. It arrived today after waiting a week . I am very pleased with the product. It will look stunning with our Belfast sink .

Order stated 2 - 5 days delivery. No delivery, no order updates. 2 weeks gone, still nothing. Will wait for refund.

I am very disappointed that I did not read the reviews before purchasing a mirror from this shop. Even after a week of placing my order, I had not received any confirmation. When I contacted them, they informed me that the suppliers had reported that my item was out of stock. However, no one from UK Bathrooms had informed me about this. I have requested a refund, but I have no idea when I will get my money back. So currently, I have neither the mirror nor the money. I advise you not to be tempted by their lower prices.

Shocking. Says 2-5 days delivery, was 12 days when I randomly received 4/6 radiators.. 2 still missing, when I ring they say it’s out of stock still currently waiting. So hard to get answers from and never reply or pick up the phone!!! Been promised 4 times someone would be in contact. STAY CLEAR!!!

Order stated 2 - 5 days delivery. No delivery, no order updates. Emailed to Cancel order. Stated refund back to card would be 14 days. Company is subject to a CVA with its outstanding creditors to pay back over time. This is not highlighted on the website but is available from UK Companies House.
