Unsatisfactory Service
I attempted to order bike parts from UK Bike Store but did not receive the goods. Their service standard is lacking, they do not communicate and in my opinion you cannot be sure that you will get what you pay for.
In short, I was given gift vouchers by my girlfriend for UK Bike Store which I have not been able to redeem. I ordered a number of items using the voucher but UK Bike Store did not dispatch any goods. I have requested the goods and asked for a refund but they have not responded.

Poor poor service and attitude
Poor descriptions of parts. Sent back but full refund refused to be given!! And then was told "we can’t be held responsible for you making an assumption on compatibility".
That's great attitude for you.
