UK Gaming Computers Opiniones

I have used this company in the past and brought a system in 2013, upgraded once and in 11 years had to only replace one part (cooling system) due to age and use - it was an awesome machine and was used on a daily basis - very reliable!

The guys were extremely helpful then with that purchase and again on my most recent purchase were again very helpful and assisted me in making the right choices - I am not the sharpest tool in the box when it comes to modern tech and they were very patient in advice and help (lots of dull question on my part! :) ) they are not driven by making money but providing advice on what you need rather than getting all the Guchi stuff you don't need. I treated myself to the Heracles style model and I am NOT disappointed! I have had the system for a few days and its a beast! Due to the machine being in a glass fronted case I can see the build inside and it looks extremely neat and well put together. Being a dull old man I appreciated the time the guys gave me in answering my queries which for them were probably brain dead questions! :)

There is no pressure to purchase, you give them an idea for what you want the machine for and they take the time to explain options and answer questions.
I have also rung them previously for advice, no purchases just advice and in fairness they were willing to help which they didn't need to do.

Customer service in my experience has been very good!

Build took approximately 4 weeks to complete and your kept updated with progress.

Build arrived very well packaged and with clear instructions on how to set up the machine itself.

I have recommended the company to others and all have had good experiences with them.

Novice pc buyer, I was told about this company to make a gaming pc for my son, and after seeking advice from the technical team I put the pc together.
Good purchase throughout, good communication, item arrived suitably packaged and offer aftercare service. The team answered any questions or concerns I had. I would purchase from the company again if I need to upgrade the pc. My son loves the pc so much my husband is thinking of getting one made for himself.
Excellent

Excellent 5*. PC came well packaged, expertly built and the help I received when customising the PC build was very helpful. Thank you!

This is my second UKGC computer, the previous one lasted just shy of 10 years which is kind of amazing. I love the flexibility of the site, able to tweak the computer however you like, and also really appreciate the vast wealth of information they provide - and the tests they've done - to make sure you're getting really good quality, compatible components. I recommend this place to any friend who's in the market for a new computer and I don't bother shopping around elsewhere myself now because I'm so impressed with the quality and service that UKGC provides.

Nice to work with a British company who are good at what they do.

Excellent post sale service and constant updates on order status.

Would recommend.

The people at UK GC were very helpful and responsive. The PC arrived on time and works great - no bloatware and a straightforward process.

Overall the value for the PC was very good, I had friends who knew more than me about computers surprised that I got a very good PC for what I payed. After playing games like black ops 6 on it for a few days as-well I haven’t ran into any issues running the games. The only bad thing I ran into was how long delivery took but I easily connected with customer service to find out there was an issue with the pc that was fixed, overall I highly recommend this business if you want to get good quality for a good price.

Amazing service - very good communications and fantastic PC would recommend wholeheartedly

Been a loyal customer to 'another' UK based PC builder over the years but their pricing structure has gone up too much. Searched around and found UK Gaming Computers offered a wide price selection of Gaming PC's for all budgets. The specification and price were excellent. Performance is great. Would recommend.

I was recommended UK Gaming Computers by a work colleague and I'm very glad they did. Bought a prebuilt machine, arrived the next day, excellent machine, extremely pleased with it. Their support is also second to none and have responded the same day on the occasions I've contacted them. I would buy from them again without doubt.

I replaced my 7 yr old pc struggling to get 30fps on medium settings on msfs2020, at 1080p, in anticipation of the nearby release of fs2024.
I customised the standard Cerberus with a 14700k processor, 64gb ram and a RTX4070 ti super graphics card.
Ordering process was trouble free, with plenty of email updates on order progress, and delivery was within their stated lead time for custom additions.
Packaging was robust, and documentation good.
Result? I now am ecstatic at flying at all ‘ultra’ settings with EVERYTHING maxed out in msfs2020, running at 4k res, and fps limited by my 60fps monitor (my next upgrade I think).
And the system is so so quiet!

Very satisfied with the service, and delighted with the performance of the machine.
5 stars across the board!

I have been looking for a good starter PC to get into PC gaming properly (having previously only played on consoles or low-performing laptops). UKGC’s next day gold pre-built was an obvious choice, having what looks to be impressive components at an extremely competitive price, even compared to building an equivalent machine from parts bought separately.

I’ve now had my PC for over a week and cannot tell you how impressed I’ve been. This has been able to handle any game I’ve tried playing so far, and I’ve no cause for concern. Their warranty process also leaves me feeling confident that should anything happen to my new PC, the team at UKGC will be able to help me! Thanks a lot to them!

Great pricing, incredibly easy packages, fast delivery, and my computer is so good.

UK Gaming computers let you configure every aspect of the PC - online, we found that really helpful

Ordering / Delivery:
Really good at managing expectations for delivery timescales and setting expectations.

Lots of thought in to protecting the delivery from any damage

Customer Service:
Great customer service, was able to upgrade my delivery timescale once confirmed with a simple call

Build quality:
Power, casing and light quality were fantastic. My son loves his new PC, everything about it is running smooth and works well.

Having been recommended UK Gaming Computers by someone on a forum, I contacted them in desperate need of help with a gaming machine for an 11-Year old would-be gamer/school home work user.

Having filled out the contact form with some basic info regarding my requirements, I received a very swift response from one of the system engineers who asked me for some more details. An email or two later and I received a couple of different recommendations for machines - both very well priced and comfortably within my budget. Detailed explanations for both choices were also provided and not a hint of hard sell whatsoever. All very refreshing.

I ordered the UKGC Silver Gaming PC which arrived very promptly and was incredibly well packaged - far better than any machine I've ever received from Dell or HP. The info pack within the box was very clear along with the setup instructions and the machine itself looked beautiful. Followed the instructions ahead of firing it up before the magic moment finally arrived and my son plugged it in and switched it on. Lights, not so much camera but plenty of action - quick to boot up, silent and just like Blackpool illuminations - an absolutely gorgeous machine.

The build itself looks very high end and the performance is absolutely spot on. I didn't expect to be this impressed. My boy plays Fortnite, Minecraft and other such games as well as using it for his homework. It performs like a dream and looks great doing it.

Cannot recommend UK Gaming Computers highly enough for their invaluable help in choosing the right machine. Will definitely be using them again in the future. A+

UKGC are the best and here’s a few reasons why; the communication from order to delivery was spot on, keeping me up-to-date with changes by email and adding notes to my order. I even phoned the store to ask for a recommendation and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Wish I got the guys name, to write here.

My order arrived before the expected delivery date, and it was packaged perfectly. Whomever dealt with my order took care and I have zero complaints with the whole experience thank you, and thank you UKGC!

I went with a Eliminator - Extreme Gaming PC and very happy with it so far. I leave this review on day 2 of receiving it. I chose UKGC for the warranty and support options which seem better than over retailers.
The computer is really fast, looks amazing and glad to go with a prebuilt machine.
I feel comfortable I have a company to call if I have any problems.
The deliver was within a week and was updated at every stage.

Computer runs every game with exceptionally high specs.

Easy order process, the website takes you through a logical step by step process with alternatives clearly explained

I was building to a budget so it was good to see the running total updating quickly

Not sure if the website precludes certain combinations like on others, maybe I was lucky!

After the order was accepted there were reqular email updates as it was processed, built and tested and the delivery was very straightforward

The courier (DPD) and UKGC websites were consistent and I was given a 1 hour delivery slot which DPD met (arrived exactly at the start of it)

Huge box, but system was securely packaged inside within the PC case with internal packaging to keep components from moving in transit

Good advice from UKGC on acceptance of delivery and what to check for when unpacking

Worked straight out of the box (left it for an hour after unpacking as recommended), so far have played Skyrim Anniversary and TrainSim World4 at full spec with no issues. System looks great, is quiet and runs very cool - unlike my previous system!

A really good experience - thankyou UKGC!
