Great products and fast delivery. Will choose them again for the next order.

I purchased the clear bubbly Jiffy bags - and the product quality is totally different from previous orders.

The self adhesive side - doesn’t come off the plastic and they tend to rip. We have tried about 20 different bags and all have the same problem - we would be returning these

Really great product and lightning fast shipping!

Placed a first order recently and will be back. Fast delivery, packaging arrived wrapped in cardboard (not plastic like my usual supplier!) and was well protected. Aside from the fact that it’s more eco friendly and I don’t have bins full of plastic bags, I can also re use the cardboard packaging. Will absolutely be back! Thank you.

Would be amazing if you could stock cardboard sheets too, so I don’t have to use a separate supplier for those.

I used UK Packaging for around two years up until the end of 2025, but unfortunately, almost every order seemed to have some sort of issue — whether that was late delivery, incomplete orders or poor product quality. Communication from the sales staff was also very disappointing and completely lacking when problems arose, emails unanswered and mostly ignored.

I have since moved to another supplier whose name you might fly on a windy day, and the difference in both service and pricing has been vastly superior.

Quickly gave me options for an out of stock product via email. Sometimes pricey but you get a great service and quality. Delivery is fast and reliable too.

I ordered a variety of boxes to check (4-6 designs in around 20pcs each), all of which were so paper-thin cardboard that I cannot use them for any packages going abroad.
I have ordered single-wall cardboard boxes elsewhere before and they were twice as thick! I was looking for a new supplier, but surely this ain't it.

I contacted customer service (had to chase them up) and was asked to pay for courier return shipping for such a large parcel! Truly unhappy.

The first time using UK packaging was efficient and friendly.

Second time ordering from this company, I use them for cardboard boxes and bubble wrap and have had a positive experience!

My order got dealt with quite swiftly, but i was wondering when my goods was going to get delivered a couple of days after my expected delivery date. After then calling to enquire about the delay, the team quickly dispached my goods which arrived the following day

I ordered 11 days ago and can't reach anyone at the customer service. My order did not arrive.

Not the best quality, rough edges and a bit squiffy. Main problem was slow shipping. Ordered on a Monday, 2-4 days delivery. No sign after 7 days, rang them to chase, seems they weren't dispatched till Friday. However did arrive on the Monday 7 days.
