I got delivered someone else’s package what was a massive roll of bubble wrap what I didn’t order and is not left in my way and my original order the didn’t arrive in time for when I needed it

It took three deliveries for everything…
It took three deliveries for everything to get here. The ends of the rolls of bubble wrap were pretty filthy.

Paid next day delivery for bubble wrap
Paid next day delivery for bubble wrap, boxes and tape. Bubble wrap came next day boxes turned up the day after that and the tape never arrived. Won’t use them again

Great company!
Great company, just had one small issue with some samples I ordered for next day delivery (which was offered and I I paid extra for) but didn't arrive next day (hence 4 stars & not 5).
Main order was delivered promptly.

Thank you for your review. Just for future reference, we don't normally dispatch sample orders on next day service, these are normally dispatched on standard delivery.

Complete lack of respect
Complete lack of respect. Had to wait over a week for my items to be dispatched without any communication. It is a common courtesy to inform customers if theres a delay so i can get other things in place. You might have 'warehouse issues' but we are all trying to run businesses, and when you can't be bothered to communicate, my business suffers. Do better.

Thank you for your review. Apologies for the couple of days delay in your delivery. As stated, we had unfortunately experienced some issues with our couriers, these were out of our control. I can see my colleague did send you tracking information and this has now been delivered.

Poor communication
Communication from this company is non existant, you have to chase them. No advisory emails to let you know about delivery, neither from them, nor the carrier. Promised delivery dates not kept to either. Would have been one star but the boxes are good quality for the price.
