Sizes too small
I am usually a size 20 but ordered shirts in a 22 when they came they didn't fit. I play in a brass band so needed long sleeves with a button collar. Have used another site previously so will now go back to them.

Good boots at a good price but not the next working day delivery that I paid for
The boots are fine as was the price but I ordered specifically with this company as it has next day delivery but the boots arrived two working days' later - JUST in time for the event I needed them for. Not ideal at all, especially when we paid for extra for that next day service.

Not what I expected
I ordered a pin board for a work project due to some confusion and a website that went wrong my order was lost and took over three weeks to arrive. And when it arrived it was in two parts when I was expecting and ordered a large pin board. Now I'm going to have to look else where and I've now got a unhappy customer.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are under the impression we did not honour our agreement not to deduct the restocking fee from your refund.
If you were to check the amounts again, you should see that the restocking fee has not been applied in your case. You have been refunded in full minus the original delivery charge (£4.95 + VAT) only. This is in accordance with our returns policy.

Poor Refund Policy... BEWARE When Purchasing Items
Recently brought three hats which weren't to the standard I expected. I therefore wished to return these, to then be put in the most bizarre Refund Process where I am still awaiting for a "Refund Form".
Sent a number of emails to the "Info@" but no response as of yet. In addition, when you try to call, there is no answer and told the lines are busy and to email....

Quite smart but cuffs ridiculously tight!
That's it really. Large size doesn't seem to apply to one's wrists. Very annoying cos the cuff material isn't stretchy.
