I brought two hats online and payed express shipping to be charged full price and only receive one hat, not only this their customer support is shocking as the call lines are always busy!

Excellent delivery service plus excellent quality clothing

Bought a couple of 'waterproof' ponchos. Used them for about 40 mins in rain. When we put them back on the interior was soaking. Sent 2 polite emails to UK Workstore requesting a response/solution to the problem. I have had no reply. Not what I expected from what appears to be an established business.

Have not yet received item and still waiting. So cannot comment as to whether the service is good or not.

Took weeks to receive my item and when i received them i wished i hadnt. They where like a cheap old rag. £20 in the bin.

Items fine, but why put two pairs of sweatpants in a large heavy cardboard box...as bad as Amazon overpacking....a plastic delivery bag would have sufficed and saved companies costs - and more importantly - go towards saving the rainforests!!

Unable to speak to anyone on the phone. Website displays false information regarding delivery. Order arrived late and incomplete - not even so much as an apology, let alone offer of compensation.

Have had to contact the manufacturers directly to order parts needed as unable to speak to UK Workstore.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Recently ordered 3 shirts I needed for work, found them a very resonable price and great fitting.

I wanted to order a shirt that was a nice fit and size measurments were accurate, quality is great and the navy is a lovely colour.

Arrived quick. Will be purchasing more when needed again.
