Ordered online and processed payment to then be informed that they didn't have the stock of two products!

Delivery was earlier than expected. I had a query about one of the items received and had an email response fairly quickly (within a couple of hours).
So good service..... will use again and would recommend.

Easy to order, speedy delivery.

Ordered and paid for goods then heard nothing for an unacceptable time. Goods not available but not told finally ask a refund and goods sent same day. Wouldn't use again when there are so many good alternatives.

Ordered a few items, all of which came on time apart from one. However, a lady from customer services emailed to let me know the item was out of stock and to expect a delay. It arrived a few weeks later.

The ordering process was straight forward and communication very good. Order was delivered in good time too. Can't say more than that.... will use again.

Absolutely shocking, bought one item and paid extra for express delivery and it came after 3 days which was to late, so I emailed them for returns details and they came up with a load rubbish about the returns department would get there return paper work together so I waited 10 days and still nothing so sent another email saying I would claim via PayPal and within a hour got and address to send it back to but I would lose 20% of my money so I contacted PayPal and they stepped in, sent it back on a Friday recorded and still no refund 9 days later so PayPal gave me full refund... So warning do not use this company the customer service is shocking

Value for money and prompt delivery.

Am still yet to receive my items which was meant to be delivered 3-4 working days but it's almost over two weeks now am still waiting. At the time of ordering I wasn't told that items were not stocked until 3 days later, so it's very disappointing.
This is why it be difficult to recommend anyone else to shop with them

Order arrived as described and when expected.

I ordered my goods which were sent efficiently, strangely with no returns paperwork that had to be requested if goods didn't fit, found on terms and conditions on web. I contacted them as requested no less than 15 times via email and phone and surprise surprise no returns paperwork arrives. I tracked them down on FB firstly sending a private message which i could clearly see had been read, still no reply or paperwork, then i posted on their page and surprisingly they blocked me!
Have reported to trading standards and watchdog and hopefully they will be dealt with accordingly to avoids others being ripped off! I am still £50 out of pocket and will continue to share my experience with them to whoever I can.

The order came a week late and I returned it but still haven't got my refund!

I've been looking for a pale blue, long sleeved tee shirt for awhile and was surprised to find one on this site. It was very good value and a nice colour.
The fit is a bit tight but is fine.
I also ordered a pink one.

I had to return the items I bought because it was all too small. Contacted the store about the refund, but never received it.

Clothes didn't fit, slow and borderline rude communication and my return was 'lost in the post' so no refund.
