Awful - gave me a guaranteed pick up date via UShip (which means pre payment) spoke to them - they told me Tuesday eve or wed am pick up. A week and a bit later I called to check when car was arriving they said they hadn't picked it up and weren't able to. Car is costing me daily to store without me even knowing it. Told me they'd call me back yesterday - didn't and aren't replying to emails now.

never use this Transporter, WHY? booked on APRIL 13, 2017 PAID 794.00 for open carrier picking up 1985 corvette from Tucson Az , to be shipped to Miami Fl,which should had taken only the most 5days , Ultra Transport used Wind transport from Homestead Fl to pick and drop off my car, well driver showed up without giving a printed copy of cars condition or a sign off , now the best part never heard from transporter until a week later saying his truck blew a motor part in the State of Miss , should be repaired the next day should be there soon. well five days go by without a call. I called and spoke to Ryan at Ultra he gave me the same story , another five days pass and again Called Ryan at ultra again no answer , I called driver he left the rig and went on a vacation , should return in a week or so , well to make this shorter than it is I finally got my car on May 10th , 23 days later. never got a recall back from Ryan or staff aways told he was at meetings. also e mail him no return e mail back .Ultra auto transport does not care when they have your money. they leave u flowing in the wind. i use other carriers , I shipped 10 cars a year if not more, per year , use other carriers without any problem. I will never use them again and I would never recommend them and buyer be where ! get reviews before to place your hard earned money at ultra auto . thank you

Quick reliable good price

Took a couple weeks to get a carrier, and all communications during that period were initiated by me (no proactive updates), but once someone picked it up, I received my vehicle relatively promptly, in the same condition it was picked up in.

No issues at all. The window given for pickup in for delivery was as promised all in all a great experience.

We just search it online and they have a good review. So we book from bay area ca to Las Vegas. The next day, they pickup our vehicle and deliver it in a day. They are the most affordable and reliable.

Very professional and fast.

No drama and didn't hassle me with endless phone calls. More expensive but worth the peace of mind. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a fly by night operation. I was reassured when my caller ID said "Texas". All the other operators seem to derive from Florida. I've never had a good experience dealing with an organization out of Florida. I called on Saturday and my truck arrived on Thursday. Pretty good for 700 miles on short notice. I could wish it was a little less expensive but truckers gotta eat too. I'm good at what I do. I'm paid well for it. They're good at what they do, no complaints here.

First, I didn't realize that Ultra Transport contracts out to different companies. A company called Nicoli Transport actually transported the car. There was good communication when the car was first picked up. However, on the receiving end, we were given less than an hour's notice! Both my husband and I were at work. When I called the driver and asked why he didn't give us more notice, he stated that he had gotten in state late the night before. I asked him why he didn't text me at that time. He responded that, yes, he should have done that.

The driver was very nice and accommodating. Trip was quick. Car was there before we knew it. Very easy pick up and drop off. Will use again

This was my first time ever shipping my car & I will definitely be using this company again! I shipped from Houston, TX to Los Angeles, CA and it wasn't supposed to take at least 5 days, my car made it there safe and sound in TWO DAYS!! I couldn't believe it! The shipper was so kind and kept great communication, I was able to ship my car with stuff packed in the trunk and on the back seat floors and everything was perfect. No additional miles were placed on my car either. It was a superb experience and I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ULTRA AUTO TRANSPORT! Customer service was great from beginning to end, each person I dealt with was nice and patient. I really think this company is great!

Very timely and thorough. New truck was picked up and delivered in a timely manner, Just as we were told and they took great care with it. I'd use them again and highly recommend this company. Best of all was the price. Much lower then most!
