The vehicle actually arrived 2 days early but we did not know that until that day arrived. As a result we couldn't coordinate taking delivery (it had to be driven down from LA to San Diego IIRC) so we had to wait until the actual expected date. Not a major issue, some advance notice would have been nice. But overall good experience, the vehicle was intact and unharmed.

I was not completely satisfied because a newer staff member gave me incorrect information which negatively affected my travel plans. The transport driver had a thick accent and I could hardly understand what he was saying to me. The driver was supposed to deliver my car by 7 PM, but he did not show up by 10 PM and he did not return my calls or text messages that same evening. The driver called the next day just before arriving, and did not bother to check in advance if the person receiving the car would even be home to accept delivery of the car. The driver was helpful during the delivery however. When I called to give feedback about my experience to the person I set up the car shipping with, that person never returned my call. Another staff member did call me back the morning after the driver no show no called, however. I would not recommend this transport company because there were too many problems with the car shipping and unreliability of some staff and inaccurate information provided by staff.
