The BEST coffee beans I've had by far!!!! Life changing discovery! I can't drink anything else now it tastes and smells stale in comparison. These are fresh even in supermarkets but even fresher if you order online directly and cheaper if u buy by the kilo u save money. Ethically and responsibly sourced recycleble packaging, you know the farmer isn't being ripped off by some bigger company in-between, whose roasted it and when. You will not regret buying this coffee. I highly recommend the gajah mountain sumatra. The smell when you open them is exquisite, even the sound of the bean grinding compared to a Starbucks or Costa bean us so different,you can not only taste and smell but hear the quality, which make for a wonderfully multi sensory coffee drinking experience. Thank you to the founders Steve and Tim, u have truly made my days stuck at home and coffee drinking more enjoyable

Worst coffee I've ever tasted!!! Bought three different bags/flavours and all three were undrinkable and disgusting. Pricey and certainly not worth it. I'll be sticking with my Tesco Finest Sumatra coffee grounds - it's a fraction of the price and tastes rich and delicious. Contacted Union Coffee about this matter and they never responded. Customer service is non-existent. Fortunately got my money back through PayPal. Would not recommend Union Coffee - bad products and non-existent customer service!!! Appalling.

Ordered a four pack bundle of wholebean, and received cafetiere grind. Not ideal, but contacted the company via email, and received a response the same day from Tom: a thorough friendly response and they resent the four pack as wholebeans without quibble. So good customer response there. Can't comment on the coffees as I'm just on the start of my coffee exploration, but would recommend anyone to start here with their bundle too.

The coffee is great, the choice of DPD to deliver or not deliver the orders isn't so good given they fail to deliver then expect you to go to a drop location. If I had wanted to walk to a shop for my coffee I wouldn't have ordered it online.

I have bought coffee from this company for some years now and I can really tell the difference in taste profile and quality when I have coffee out and about! The ethical stance of the company appeals to me, and I really enjoy trying new beans which smell and taste amazing! I have even bought coffee as gifts for foodie friend and families and have got a big thumbs up from them too!

Having supplied the coffee shop for over since 2012 - I have had no rep for the past three years, don’t help out with any customer service, if you’re short on coffee you have to pay some outrageous fee, The quality of the decaf went downhill which is what eventually made me switch.

Not an efficient delivery service. Very hit and miss and can be a slow process from ordering to eventually receiving the coffee. Not good when you rely on getting your supply of coffee in good time before you run out. There are much better coffee suppliers out there who work hard to do this and provide a good customer service. It’s a shame that Union Coffee can’t get this right as their coffee is good. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite sometime now but have been let down by slow order processing and delivery many times. They didn’t even reply to my last email to them when I complained yet again about the service. Shocking Customer Service, they will not be getting my business again!

I'm so annoyed I tried this coffee. It's simply amazing. Since my first sip of union coffee I've turned into a coffee snob and pay attention to things like 'roasted date'. Ruined my otherwise mediocre coffee life that I was quite with happy with. There is something nice about ignorant bliss but now I'll never see coffee the same way again.

My go to coffee. You can tell this coffee is the best out there.

Brilliant coffee, service and values. Ordered from Union early in 2020 as gift for someone and came back again because it was such good coffee and the gift boxes are wrapped up beautifully. Shipping was fast and on time.

Amazing company! I love their values, beans and customer service. I especially love the Foundation and House Roast beans. I have been ordering wholebeans since lockdown and have been so impressed with their customer service. Recently I was sent filter coffee rather than wholebeans and I phoned them up about this mistake - Caroline was so lovely and reassured me that a fresh batch of coffee would be roasted on the same day and sent out asap. She also said I could keep the filter coffee, which is great for me as I recently bought a V60!

I'll switch from this subscription. Frequently having problems with delivery, despatch day is not what I ask, therefore delivery day is not and I'm having delays with having a coffee . I choose a specific coffee on their site to be delivered, and completely different is at my door. You want to pause or skip more than one delivery, each time you need to email them. Same with changing delivery day. Hope other subscriptions are more reliable.

First time using this company and very impressed. Super quick delivery of my Clever Dripper and bought at a very good price too. Cheaper than anyone else at the time. Shame they didn’t include a few coffee samples as it would have been good to try out the new dripper with a fresh new coffee! Something to think about guys as many may then buy into your CoffeeClub!

Excellent selection of very tasty coffees and very reasonably priced especially as they are an ethical coffee company. Knowing that I am not destroying the planet and ripping farmers off definitely makes the coffee taste even better. I have been buying coffee from them since March and have had no issues with them. Coffee is always delivered within a few days. Would highly recommend.

I've ordered coffee multiple times over the years from Union Coffee after switching over from Pact. I think they have a great selection, including some limited edition coffees from microlots, so there's always something new to try.

Since lockdown I’ve gone through a lot of coffee beans (several KGs, I love coffee!), good selection of flavours and the roast to cup time is amazing. Normally within 2-3 days of ordering I have a knock at the door and the postie has another box of beans for me.

The only thing I would say is most of their ‘special’ roasts or microlots are always light roast and I’ve yet to see a dark roast version. And I always time it wrong for my orders, I place an order and end up with a 10% voucher appearing the next day in my email!

If you order more than 1x coffee pack it doesn't fit through the door; order-to-doorstep takes longer than all other coffee pack co's I've tried; a website that often is buggy and doesn't respond randomly; you can't order a bag if you are short easily, instead having to wait till the next plan interval comes up.

The do very nice coffee, and it has the favourite pack I have used. Where Union *really* fall down on the rest of the service though. Lost patience.
