Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service, from walking in Marie was so lovely and attentive! We absolutely love our flooring that was fitted so quickly we couldn’t believe we didn’t have a long wait! Great quality and fantastic staff! Will definitely be going back for carpets when we are ready!

Great choice and service in store. Fitting was a different experience
Great choice and service in store. Had the carpet we wanted and was happy with the price.
Regarding the fitting- the fitters turned up with the wrong metal door plate. It didn’t appear they were going to get the correct plate until we mentioned after they were fitting the plate they had brought. We had to highlight it was the wrong plate. Only then did they call the office and had the correct one brought over.
One of the fitters cut his finger and didn’t mention this to us. When they had left and we were vacuuming the mess we found blood stains in a couple of places on the carpet and also a few places on the skirting boards. We would have appreciated being told instead of it just being left. I have photos of the blood stains.

Mixed review
United carpets themselves were very good, good customer service and updates.
Sadly despite being very friendly the fitter scored around our new fitted wooden trim round the room and needed re varnished.

Excellent mattress.
They were able to deliver quickly.
The quality very good.
It came shrink rapped.
But following the instructions which were easy to follow once in place and opening the bag it came to full size.
Really pleased with purchase.
The staff were really helpful.
