The Whole experience from the time we entered the shop was a positive one.
Helped picking out a Hall and Stair Carpet. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very fast service to fit it.
The fitter did such a good job. Looks lovely.
He was friendly and did a very professional Job.

Worksop branch new stairs and landing carpet
Worksop branch staff very helpful and polite even helped me with advice and assisted with my colour and style of carpet when using a colour scheme sample made of flooring and paint/wallpaper been used, plus the fitter who came was very polite and tidied up after himself so a great service from start to finish and the finished outlook now looks great. Thank you

Very poor fitting of lyno in our downstairs bathroom! So bad we are getting our handyman to come and refit/ make good.
We haven't reported at the store as we dont want the fitter back..if they can't fit it right first time they can't second time!

Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service from United carpet’s at Worksop we have renovated a house so needed a full house I made multiple visits to the store and I can’t thank Marie enough she was very knowledgeable friendly and approachable not at all pushy even very patient when I kept changing my mind. I am thrilled with the carpets and vinyl so glad I chose United carpets. I must give high praise to Kirk that fitted what a top class job he did especially with our wonky floors he’s an excellent carpet fitter you can tell he’s been doing it years. One happy customer
