great carpet not so great fitter
Four stars … took one off for the fitting the staff in store were great helpful etc and the stair runner I had made was perfect but the landing carpet was rippled and lumpy they sent the fitter out to repair it twice after which he told me it “ needed to settle” so I had another fitter from another company come and sort it at my own expense surprise surprise fixed and he didn’t damage my newly decorated paintwork either like the one from United carpets did (twice) it’s a shame as the runner is great but that spoiled it for me

Amazing and quick smashed it
i found the experience and Marie was amazing long story short we went to scs to get a quote and it was stupid and over estimated what i needed by 4 sqm even though i gave the measurements to get told at the end “are you going to buy it or what” NO mate sorry so i went to Marie and she was instantly on with the measurements and the price we picked and ordered in less than 20 mins hassle free i cant that you personally enough for being so quick and efficient thank you

Lovely customer service! Very helpful lady, had good information about the vinyl flooring we were looking at. The fitter was friendly, asked us to check alignment of the flooring before he cut it, his attention to detail was fantastic! He even tidied up afterwards! We are very pleased with the product, fitting & service! We always come back to you! Because we know that we will get good service and value! We have recommended you to numerous people as they’ve admired our flooring! Thank you! X

From united carpetsentering the shop
From entering the shop, the staff let us look around and then Billy advised us on our choices.
The office staff were also gave an excellent service.
Everything went as planned. Phil and Roy the fitters were lovely as well, very helpful.
Yes we are very happy customers , bedrooms next.

Great customer service
Great customer service, I went into the shop at Worksop several times and was helped in full by there staff, I would recommend United Carpets at worksop to everyone.
Also the fitting team was excellent too, they did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the work the have done.

Amazing flooring
Amazing flooring. Had lounge wooden flooring, bedroom wooden flooring. All fitted perfectly and amazing quality. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Marie in the shop was so helpful, and the fitters were absolutely lovely and so professional. Nothing was too much to ask.
Thanks again - will defo be back for my future flooring and highly recommend!

Brilliant all round service and value for money. Thanks to Marie in the store you were so helpful arranging a colour match for a carpet which had been discontinued, the new carpet is virtually the same one!
The fitters (Mags and Phil) were really friendly, polite and respectful, they did a brilliant job fitting the carpet in such a cheerful manner. Thank you for great service United Carpets (Worksop)

Just recently purchased a bed and…
Just recently purchased a bed and carpet from the Worksop store and can’t fault the value for money and outstanding service from the staff. They ensured that I got both the bed and carpet within a few days of ordering which was fabulous as most companies would take up to two weeks. The sub contractors were very friendly and efficient and went out of their way to help. Brilliant all round service and it will be my first port of call when I need another carpet.

Marie at United carpets Worksop is…
Marie at United carpets Worksop is amazing. She worked so hard over a few weeks to find us exactly what we wanted. We even purchased without seeing the carpets and the colour match was spot on. The price was spot on and the fitter was brilliant, fast and precise. We have and always will use United carpets for our flooring needs.
