Charlie is an extremely helpful person and always responsive. It's been a pleasure to have him as my onboarding specialist.
Please note my sessions were based on the Flight path that my company purchased so it was not a single date but rather multiple dates over a period of time.( 2-3 months )

Thankyou to Ebad for addressing our specific queries, we havne't had a chance to put all these into practice yet, but we have the recordings and notes of our meetings to go back to as required. Also the question box at bottom right was excellent for the final fine tuning of the set up, Thankyou Unleashed support team.

The support these give when first starting with unleashed is brilliant, they talk you through everything in lay mans terms so it is easy to understand. Unleased is user friendly. i would recommend to any one.

Mike and Riley did a great job of talking us through our initial questions and then taking the product from conception to live.
This was quite straightforward for us to implement because it was a new arm of the business with no pre-existing customer orders but everything we asked was met with friendliness and knowledge. A great experience from start to finish!

Unleashed is Intuitive, easy to use, easy to learn, and adaptive to the company's needs. The integration with our applications such as XERO works really well. The support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful. The Onboarding Consultant assigned to our company - Riley Robinson-Rattle - really looked after us and made our transition as smooth and as painless as possible. We were able to implement this system across 3 different companies in the space of a month. Highly recommended software for anyone looking for a powerful ERP solution.

Pains me to write this but this month my store/inventory has a suffered multiple glitches and the lack of support has been really disappointing. The software wont let save or update any products, its incredibly slow and after a week it hasnt fixed it self nor have I received help yet, this is the core part of our business and its just unusable. We pay $79 odd dollars for a customer success plan (which you have to pay for??) a month that allows you to have support but its so slow that whats the point? I understand small problems taking that long but the whole site being unusable should be urgent no? I have resorted to asking AI for help which is not getting me far. Multiple Staff seem to be aware of the problem but still nothing. Please help me, i have lost faith in unleashed after years of use. I will now make shopfiy the master and unleashed the slave to mitigate the risk going forward, literally anyone contact me to discuss this further.

I was looking for a new inventory system to replace our current one and found Unleashed. They have a lot of cool features, especially their B2B Store and their knowledge base is very extensive.

During our Onboarding, Charlie was assigned to me, and he is very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and was very happy to answer all questions. He also showed us how to use the system, which definitely helps and made the onboarding easy. Thanks again, Charlie!

It's been months since we went live and still loving the new system.

The whole process was very simple and straightforward. Really good support from Riley who responded within 24 hours (Generally same day and often within a few hours of raising a question) on every request. Very good knowledge of the system and able to support with suggestions on how to manage our niche requirements.

We had the pleasure of working with Rutuja as our Customer Success Consultant while setting up our new system, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and proactive — guiding us through every step of the implementation process with clear communication and genuine care.

Rutuja took the time to understand our business needs, tailored the setup to suit our workflows, and ensured our team felt confident using the system. No question was too small, and any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently.

Charlie was informative and patient with the onboarding process. If there was something he was unsure about (which was rare) then he would be quick to find out and resolve. Any issues I faced he provided full support, the dreaded switch over became interesting and such a pleasure to work through.
