Got my first box and they had put together a great outfit! I am looking forward to it every month!

The company tries very hard to give you clothes that you will enjoy. Clothes are of good quality

These clothes are cheaply made Chinese imported clothes. They even arrive in foreign wholesaler packaging. Quality is average. Mostly dislike that if you don’t like an item you absolutely can’t return it. Poor option for customers. Canceled after my first box due to this policy.

I got a box for Black Friday for a great discount. The cancellation date for my second box came and went before my first box shipped, which seemed like a dumb policy. I complained and they refunded my account for the month. My first box came and I did not like one item and the other item did not fit. I asked for an exchange of the item which did not fit, which was granted, but it took almost a month to process. Their underhanded policy is that they don't ship your exchange back if your account is canceled, so I had to get another box just to get the shirt I liked back in the correct size. Get the "exchange" and it is a completely different item, not a size exchange like I was promised. Second box comes and items do not fit. If I tried to exchange them for the correct size, I'd be on the hook for a 3rd box, so now I am stuck with 4 items that either don't fit or I don't like. This site is a total scam and I do not recommend them at all.

The beginning of my relationship with Urbanebox was not so great. They double charged me for my first box and I hadn't even received it yet. However, they did process a refund fairly quickly. Quality of the clothing is good for the price. I like that you don’t have to pay anything more to keep the clothes. I had to return both of my pieces for smaller sizes so hopefully that process goes smoothly. Overall an excellent service to provide, probably just a new company working out the kinks.

Each month I find myself getting excited to receive my treasure box. Always fits my style and comfort needs. Consistently wonderful products. Great experience.

I'm not a shopper or someone who cares to get new clothes, which is why UrbaneBox has been so ideal for me in terms of updating my wardrobe. They have been very helpful if something doesn't fit, and I have consistently been pleased with what they have selected for me.

I enjoy the variety of quality clothing I get with this company. However, it would be even better if customer files were more user friendly. For instance, be able to change your information straight from the website without having to message anyone.

I have recieved some nice items. Ive received a lot of very similar items. The box is advertized as 2-4 items. I am dissapointed that probably 90% of my boxes are only 2 items. I sometimes wonder if im really getting my moneys worth. However, items I do recieve are usually nice quality.

I have received 3 boxes so far and have been very pleased! In my first box I received a Capri jean and lightweight hoodie which I’ve worn a ton! The second box had a tank and blazer; worn these 1-2 times. The third box had French connection cords and a dress; both VERY nice. Overall everything has fit very well and has been items that are either spot on for me or at least pretty close to my style. I can’t wait for my next box!

I’ve been generally happy with the quality and style of the clothes included. I would say that it would be nice to have the deliveries sync up with the weather changes a bit more closely. I’d be happy getting shorts/short sleeve items in summer months and not long sleeve button ups that I really won’t wear until fall. Overall, I’m very happy and will continue to be a member.

Fun items I would not have selected. decent quality for the price with a few real gems thrown in! Size and fit can be a question since some of the items are in unique styles; but they are excellent about returns.

I chose UrbaneBox because I found myself growing bored of buying the same type of clothes. I'm still sort of figuring out my personal style and I wanted to experiment and take a chance on items I might not otherwise think suit me. I really like UrbaneBox for this. Everything has been great quality and been very fun--and most importantly--outside of my usual comfort zone.

I absolutely love that I only pay one flat fee for everything they include in the box. In my opinion it's what really sets it apart from the other fashion subscription boxes where you have to go through the hassle of sending what you don't want back.

If I were to leave one piece of feedback, it would be for the women's section to be able to input measurements like you can for men. One of the tops I received, while super cute, is a little snug around my broad shoulders.

Almost everything that i have received has been great. My last shipment had 2 items that did not fit and i was able to easily return them for different sizes

I love my UrbaneBox subscription. I hate shopping in the store so it’s a great product for me. I have been a member for 6 months so far and have loved everything. I always get compliments on my clothes now.

All the clothes sent have been stylish and most have fit very well. If I do receive something that doesn’t fit right they do exchange the piece for one that fits correctly

This is a great service! I do not care to shop -- lot of work to stay on trend and just find the time to shop. This service sends me the clothes after my style survey, offers free exchanges for size issues (because let’s be serious ... not all shirts are made the same) and an email to show me how to wear it! Stop clicking around and give it a try!
