Very good company to deal with. Any contact has been very efficient and professional and any help needed has been responded to quickly and efficiently. Communication has been excellent and Shaun and Jemma, in particular, have been very helpful in dealing with my queries.

Shaun was so helpful and patient!
Shaun was super helpful with getting my new car lease sorted. I often miss phone calls and it was really handy to be able to WhatsApp to discuss the quote and my requirements. He didn't make me feel pressured at all and was very patient with all of my questions. I would 100% recommend him and the V4B team to anyone looking for a business or personal car lease.

6 weeks to get a car
It took 6 weeks to get a car this time round and i was given little to no information on why it took so long. There does not seem to be an adequate escalation procedure in place and i was left with no vehicle for 6 weeks.

Car Leasing Made Simple & Stress Free
Excellent communications throughout the process. They really helped answer any questions I had very quickly. The car turned up on the scheduled date and before lunch which was great. Based on my experience I would recommend V4B as a good broker for leasing a car.

Simply Brilliant
This has been my first attempt at dealing with a leaseing company and accquiring a vehicle this way. I must say that from the start to the delivery of the vehicle was that of a brilliant and amazing experience. Much better that ever visitinf a dealership and putting up with condesending sales people. I'd be happy to recommend and boost about my experence. It was unstressful, a complete and utter delight. Even the delivery man Jaime was brilliant and as a former service man we had a great deal in common, no rush, no fuss

My experience with V4B was excellent…
My experience with V4B was excellent from start to finish. Not only were they one of the most competitive for prices for vehicles that I had seen elsewhere for much more, but even when there was issues with cars being withdrawn from short-term contracts, they continued to source a vehicle for me with a turn-around in just over 2-weeks. My contact was Kayleigh who was absolutely amazing and was available when I needed her and never failed to return a single call when she was not. My car arrived today and it is perfect for my needs. Great experience all round.
