Probably one of the worst online shopping experiences in my life.
After 3 weeks waiting for my order, issues with royal mail and countless mails to their support team, I got my order, but apparently I have to pay 6.5€ to receive it. I already paid £14.85 of shipping. And the worst part, after trouble with royal mail, they decide to ship again my order, but as they have run out of one of the items, they offer the possibility to send it back once they re-stock it or to refund it in credits in my account... Honestly, this is a huge disappointment, I do not recommend anyone Vape Emporium. First and last order.

This spot is a staple on Hampstead High Street! I've been a regular for years for all my refills and vape hardware. The store manager Lala is friendly and full of useful advice.. upstairs they also have an amazing CBD boutique offering oils, chocolates, tea etc.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Spent three months trying to explain that my order didn’t arrive, still out of pocket. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

Ignoring
Ordered 5 vapes, apparently they didn’t have ones listed so they contacted me to choose from what they have. Received 6 pieces but 2 of them didn’t work. I have contacted vapeemporium about 2 bad ones but they ignored me. Not quality items, not a big problem because it happens but ignoring is not professional. I just wanted to be refund for one damaged from 5 I ordered.

Quick shipping, turned up on time, nothing missing vape was in perfect working condition and fully charged ⚡ a little on the pricey side but they were the only company that could ship this device to Australia especially with all the new laws in place over here.. 😬
