I’ve been buying and selling (selling on eBay, Discogs mostly and buying from at least 40 record stores plus huge platforms like AliExpress, YOOX etc) since 2006. I have many stories with customer service for sure but I can say that this short experience with Vendora added another but not a good one unlike the rest.

The worst “customer service “ experienced. No offence but I didn’t expect more from a guy called Manolis Kairidis threatening through email with “legal actions” if I don’t remove claim on PayPal for an item (purchase) that for me it was not as described and the platform decided that it was even if I was able to pay shipping to send it back. Of course I proceeded with PayPal and solve the issue in seconds. In the meantime “customer service” removed listing (didn’t remove my last 2 listings/purchases till that moment) and no one could have access in photos. Even PayPal. Of course they never answer in PayPal communication and after PayPal decided in my favour my account locked permanently.

But they didn’t stop there. Few days later returned back with something like “out of court letter” with no signature through email and of course with more threatening inside the mail and the “out of court document” with further actions if I don’t refund the amount on their bank account. They also added the shipping cost on that amount which it was not on PayPal refund.

Unfortunately I can’t leave less than a star.

When you got scammed its over you lost your money

You won’t find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy in the galaxy.

I am talking about their headquarters, the site is pretty awful too

I’ve had a very positive experience with Vendora. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and makes buying and selling simple and secure. Whenever I needed assistance, the customer support team responded quickly and was very helpful in resolving my questions. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The worst experience.. no respect to their clients.. trying to prove that the item, is not the one in the add, although the photos show it clearly.. use something else.

my courier are over 3 weeks already and the tracking link shows 403. even the homepage shows 403 and they keep throwing me bunch of nonsense on emails, like i am using vpn or i need to login and all,

and they were extremely rude.

Vendora does NOT offer any security for sellers. A parcel arrived to the buyer damaged, and even though I had indicated fragile and the packaging was apropriate, the parcel was thrown from a height to the ground by the carrier and neither of them (carrier and Vendora) wanted to compensate me for a product worth 70 euros, so I lost the item and the money... Don't trust them. They only care how to get your money and you have NO security for your items.

I have bought and sold many items through the years on this Platform. I never faced any issues.

Once I bought an item that was not as described, I sent it back and got my money back immediately.

Vendora is a safe place buy and sell!

The safety of the whole experience, both buyer and seller are covered if they disagree, and the customer support is more than willing to help on any situation, really loved it!

Customer support quick to resolve issues.

Best platform to buy or sell second-hand items. I' ve been using Vendora for a while and my overall experience is very positive. Customer service was very helpful and ready to help me with my questions. I highly recommend Vendora without second thought

I had 3 transactions as a buyer and everything run smoothly, without any problems! I understand it's an online marketplace, and like such, I have to be extra careful, like in every other platform... I really don't understand all those negative reviews and the hate!
