As a seller with over 2000€ revenue, the costumer support is beyond ridiculous, a buyer demanded to meet up in person as he was in a hurry in which I agreed, he later wanted to pay in cash and less than he promised, so I denied it since it was off-platform and not what I agreed with, and after reporting this Incident to the vendora costumer support, I get an email saying my account violated their terms and I may get permanent banned! All because of my own report where I was the victim of a scam, I’m headed towards Vinted and eBay as their costumer support may be better and wouldn’t ban you for reporting others.
I sold something, but unfortunately I cannot take my money...they appear to be trapped in Vendora.
Despite several attempts to "validate" myself so I can get the money, nothing happened. I contacted Vendora at least twice, but the didn't give me a solution. I am really sorry for this company.

I've tried using vendora but the purchase always ends up being a scam. I've bought twice and both people turned out to be scammers. Vendora of course refuses to help the end user and DOES NOT EVEN BAN these people.
That means that criminals are free to do their thing with no repercussions.
So not only you're using their terrible platform, you're also supporting criminal activity.
Whatever you do, please avoid at all costs.

Ζήτησα αποδείξεις και εξηγήσεις, αλλά φυσικά δεν μου έστειλαν τίποτα! Μόνο ειρωνικές απαντήσεις και πλήρη αδιαφορία. Καμία σοβαρότητα, κανένας σεβασμός προς τους χρήστες και μηδενική εξυπηρέτηση! Αν μπορούσα, θα έβαζα 0 αστέρια.
I have been both a seller and a buyer at Vendora for the last 2 years.
I find it utterly amazing!
Whenever I needed the Vendora Support they replied within hours and they helped me with precision.
I strongly support them and I find the bad reviews to be very unfair by comparing them to the perfect experience with Vendora that I had and continue to have.

Τους υποστηρίζω σθεναρά και θεωρώ ότι οι κακές κριτικές είναι πάρα πολύ άδικες, συγκριτικά με την τέλεια εμπειρία που είχα και συνεχίζω να έχω με την Vendora.

Unfortunately, my experience with this platform has been extremely disappointing. Despite providing detailed explanations and clear evidence regarding a defective product, the support team offered no real assistance.
Communication was repetitive and automated, without properly reviewing my case, while the seller repeatedly sent offensive and harassing messages, which I also reported to the platform — yet no action was taken.
Overall, it’s clear that this platform fails to adequately protect buyers, allowing sellers with inappropriate behavior to continue unchecked. Very disappointing for a service that claims to ensure safe and fair transactions.
Everything works fine until it doesn't. Good luck being a seller in this platform. No matter what evidence you provide with the condition of your item, a simple " it's not working" from the buyer is enough for them to win any conflict.

The seller had a different description for another product, when I received it and contacted them all they told me was TO BE MORE CAREFUL NEXT TIME.
Extremely high fees, poor seller protection, and unfair rating system.
I’ve been a long-time user, both buying and selling, and the platform has gone downhill. Shipping costs and commission are now excessive. Sellers aren’t protected — buyers can return items for trivial reasons, often with poor packaging that causes damage, and support refuses to compensate.
As a buyer, I once returned a misleading item at my own expense and never got reimbursed. The rating system is unfair — you can’t edit reviews, and mistaken low ratings can’t be reversed.
Vendora has long lost its character as a “second-hand” platform for transactions between private individuals. Today, it hosts:
– Hundreds of listings with pornographic content, in violation of its own terms of use.
– Hundreds of real estate listings (plots of land, houses for sale/rent), unrelated to the concept of pre-owned goods.
– Hundreds of business listings selling made-to-order products, such as 3D printed items.
– Automatic “correction” of listing titles, which often results in bizarre or nonsensical phrasing, as if poorly machine-translated.
While transaction safety is a positive aspect, the platform now operates as a marketplace for anything and everything, with profit as the only apparent priority, losing the identity that once made it unique.
Not recommended.
A buyer purchased items from me and accidentally left a negative star rating. There was no comment — just the star rating. I contacted him to ask why, and he replied immediately, explaining that he had submitted it by mistake.
He then tried to correct it. But the problem is: Vendora gives no option to the person who submitted the rating to revise or delete it — not even if they made a clear error. The buyer opened a support ticket himself, explaining that it was unintentional and asking for the rating to be changed.
Vendora never replied to him.
After three days, I contacted Vendora myself to follow up, explaining that the buyer himself wanted to correct the feedback. Their official response was:
“Reviews can no longer be modified.
We understand that our decision may not align with your expectations, and we have forwarded your and other users’ comments to our team for evaluation.
This process applies to all users. Your request is now considered closed, and no further action will be taken.”
This means that even if someone leaves negative feedback by accident, and even if that same person contacts support to fix it — nothing can be done.
That is completely unacceptable. Feedback affects trust and reputation. It should be accurate. If mistakes happen — and they do — users must have the ability to correct them. Denying that right even to the person who left the feedback damages the credibility of the platform and puts all users at risk of unfair ratings.
Vendora needs to rethink this policy urgently.

The buyer who left the feedback wanted to correct it.
After making a purchase from me, the buyer accidentally left a negative star rating. He later confirmed to me that it was a mistake and that he meant to leave a positive rating.
The buyer himself contacted Vendora support to fix it.
He submitted a support ticket, asking that his mistaken rating be revised. He explained that it was unintentional and requested a correction.
Vendora ignored the request.
No response was given to the buyer. I later followed up myself, and the platform responded that feedback can no longer be modified under any circumstances, even if the person who left it wants to change it.
Let’s break this down:
If a buyer or seller accidentally leaves the wrong feedback — whether it's 1 star instead of 5, or positive instead of negative — there is no way to change it.
This doesn't just affect one person. It affects everyone. Reputations are built on trust and accuracy. Mistaken ratings — even when acknowledged and reported by the person who left them — remain permanently visible.
This is unacceptable. It goes against the standards of every professional marketplace platform, where users are normally given the option to correct accidental feedback. Mistakes happen. Systems should be designed to fix them — not make them permanent.
I do not recommend using Vendora at all.
If there is any problem with the shipment or anything you want to arrange with the seller (I'm a buyer) because there was a problem then you cannot do it because they will block all the messages and you will not able to get your compensation from the seller that you have already agreed on both sides.I contacted Vendora 2 times about theme original problem and they basically don't care about anything now I'm still waiting for the 3rd time but I don't think they will care about it.How can be a system this bad?I don't know....... after about 3 weeks they told me to sell something to the seller I bought the item from and basically use their system for the refund.So finally I got my refund after a lot of time wasted also their service charge for the payment as a minus on my side.

Terrible experience. Received item in Terrible condition, dirty and worn. In the add was stated as " like new". The t shirt was covered in leaves from some tree, maybe cherry tree and had stains from the leaves everywhere. Seller refused to acknowledge the issue, as did Vendora, who stated it was courier's fault and advised me to wash the t shirt. Sent them more photos and the answer was the same. They even encouraged me to sell back the t shirt to some other poor soul on their site. ...
Although I had made several sales without any particular issues, one time a scammer bought an electronic game I had listed for sale, replaced it with their own non-functional one, and uploaded a video showing it not working, with severe cracks on its surface. When support asked for evidence, I sent photos showing the item’s surface in excellent condition, without any scratches, but they ignored them, considering the scammer's video more reliable. Stay away from platforms that give scammers the opportunity to deceive people
Stupid site I have ordered an antenna and the seller made the fool out of me. The product was not working at all! Then they just gave me only 24 hours for uploading photos of the product that's not working. Stupid guys that are covering easily any crook.
I'm a businessman myself I hope all the worst for them. It's not the amount it's the feeling of theft. Stay away at all costs from this stupid channel
Stupid site, get error if upload picture, get error when try to write something to a seller. Fix that stupid page, btw you can't copy paste some greek translation, somehow it isn't allowed or it's just like everything else an error.
It so happened that I bought some fragrances from a seller that proved to be fakes. When I refused to accept the transaction on the grounds of the fragrances being fake, I was promptly rejected. When contacting the customer service I was told that nothing could be done, since the authenticity could not be proved by vendora. I'm asking myself: How can a buyer feel protected if someone could literally piss in a jar and sell it as fragrance? Huge disappointment!!
