When did trust pilot become the damp for angry customers? Its quite a surprise to see a bad review bombing.

Customer support almost never answers but the most irritating thing is the censorship in private messages. They have employees watching in real time word triggers and then censor whole messages that they think are going to 'hurt' their commission. This is a not seen in any other similar app plus I think it even might be illegal.

As a seller, terrible, you guys have the audacity to charge both the buyer and the seller processing fees! There's better sites to sell stuff with cheaper shipping and processing fees, and NO WITHDRAWL FEES.

One of the worst online marketplaces that I have experienced. You cannot even have a conversation with potential customers because their so-called 'Detection System' flags half the messages as if they contain information that could facilitate trading outside the Vendora platform. They also charge very high commissions on every sale.

Η εμπειρία μου με τη Vendora ήταν απογοητευτική. Παρέλαβα προϊόν-απομίμηση (fake/replica) που έφερε παράνομα το σήμα της Google. Παρόλο που οι Όροι Χρήσης της πλατφόρμας απαγορεύουν ρητά τα πλαστά προϊόντα, η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών αρνήθηκε οποιαδήποτε προστασία.
Το πιο εξοργιστικό είναι η επιλεκτική εφαρμογή των όρων χρήσης:
Ενώ απαγορεύουν τις ρέπλικες, επέτρεψαν την πώλησή τους και, όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα, με προέτρεψαν γραπτώς να το ΜΕΤΑΠΩΛΗΣΩ μέσω της σελίδας τους, παραβιάζοντας οι ίδιοι τους κανόνες τους!
Όταν επέμεινα ζητώντας εξηγήσεις για αυτή την αντίφαση, με απέκλεισαν από την πλατφόρμα με την δικαιολογία της "απειλητικής συμπεριφοράς" επειδή ανέφερα ότι θα απευθυνθώ στις αρμόδιες αρχές.
Αν θέλετε ασφάλεια στις συναλλαγές σας, μείνετε μακριά. Η "Προστασία Αγοραστή" είναι απλώς ανύπαρκτη.

Bunch of amateurs think they can be Ebay overnight.
Very unpolite in comms and very unfriendly emails sent.
Have no idea about technology, the support is ridiculous from really bored people as they base their answers on ready-made copy/paste answers from some templates they have so that they can get rid of you...

What in the actual fah a mf called anonymous scammed me for 25€ as he reported me for many things that I didn’t do and I got banned.Moreover it took him more than the timer that is said to complete the steps for the order and I never got my money back.DONT BUY FROM VENDORA

Unprofessional scammers and the worst marketplace site there is. No real customer support, and they only care about their own profit.

When it comes to damaged items or transaction problems, they always shift 100% of the responsibility onto the seller, and pretend they know nothing.

I send an item in perfect condition, but then they blackmailed me to accept it back broken and pay for the return, even though the damage was clearly the fault of their own shipping partner. Otherwise, they would keep the item and block my account. This is pure extortion!

By far the worst platform. They operate like it’s “their way or the highway”, sending ultimatums saying “we decide, we command”, and if you don’t obey their rules to the letter, they just block you without appeal.

Stay far away from this site. I sincerely hope they shut down for good, and as soon as possible!

The customer support is literally non existent. Also the review system needs to be updated and allow changes instead of being final. Finally and most importantly they need to reduce the 5.1% that they keep for each money transfer as a fee it is way too high - their competition is much lower and also offers more countries and locations.

I have an update about the case beware a seller from Kavala Greece ,named CINDERELLA ,she faulsly delibaretly send me smaller item i decided to return it and she got angry i think,so she claimed i send it empty,spiring a whole 5 month dispute,i regain my money from paypal BEWARE WHEN U SEND BACK NOT TO DO IT WITH BOX LOCKERS u cant show the weight,always film uninterrupted vendora is not really helpful will try pin it to whom is easier for them.THE PROBLEM THOUGH SHE GETS TO CHOSE THE RETURN METHOD because she was at fault and she had to pay the return,so i was powerless chose for normal elta so i suggest choose visa ,cause the automatic system dosent accept box lockers u have to manually tell paypal this.

These guys keep 5.1% of your sales which is highly expensive for this app.

I mean you are the one that send the package, do the description and they are only having a website!

And they demand 5.1%! I got crazy when I saw it cause of course it's mentioned with small letters and they don't mention it from the start.
