Veritas and in particular Jonathan and Kacper have been brilliant at providing what we have needed. They are always on hand should I have any queries or issues that need addressing. The care received by my father has been of a good standard and we would recommend others to use the service.

Really good experience with Veritas who found an excellent live-in carer for my mother. The carer has now been with my mother for over 2 months. After I completed an on line form detailing my mothers needs I had a phone conversation with Jonathan at Veritas after which I was forwarded details of some available Carers. I contacted them by video call and decided who I thought would be the best person for my mother. We arranged a further chat between the carer and my mum after which we confirmed start dates etc. All of the paper work was completed efficiently by Veritas. We only had 2 weeks from contacting them to needing someone to start, and this was achieved. Our carer is a delightful intelligent Polish women who speaks excellent English.

The female carer for our mother, who has mixed dementia, has been excellent. The carer took up the post 8 weeks ago. She is very thoughtful, caring and shows great initiative. We are very happy.

Really appreciated assistance from Kacper and Jonathan in setting up the care for my mother. No question was too much trouble to answer.
The potential candidates offered were all interviewed with WhatsApp video which worked very well.
Our chosen carer Konstancja has been fantastic, and really has demonstrated her passion for the work she is doing.

My first contact was with Johnathon who is an exceptional individual who demonstrates excellent communication skills, compassionate and awareness of clients needs. Ensuring that their care needs are being meet. Any issues that arose concerning my mum's care were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Veritas were recommended to me via a friend who currently uses their services and they have been first class!

My mother had a fall last month and following hip replacement surgery required 24 hour care. In this worrying time of Covid-19 I was very reluctant for her to be discharged to a Care Home (out of area and no reviews or chance to view it).

I contacted Veritas and they were so helpful and reassuring. Particular thanks to Kasper who talked me through the whole process.

I completed the online form and within hours Veritas starting the process of matching. By the following day we had a suggested match to a competent and experienced carer. We had a video call with her and were very happy with what we heard and within a few days she arrived.

Barbara has been amazing with Mum. She is kind, patient, compassionate and reassuring. Mum has advanced mid stage Alzheimer's too, so it has been a challenge managing a physical recovery with Mum, who forgets she has had an operation. Mum has really taken to her and it has been such a relief!

The price of the live in care is so affordable too. We had explored other options beforehand which were at least double.

With Barbara living in Mum has the continuity of care she needs. There is also flexibility in the 2 hours off each day, i.e. this can be rolled over and taken another day.

I am so grateful to Veritas as Mum has been able to recover in the comfort of her own home with a happy, smiling, competent, calm Barbara - who has taken care of all the medical needs, housework, meals and Mum's mental as well as physical state.

I can’t really fault Veritas Care , efficient and totally open about costs and levels of care they provide . They kept me informed every step of the way ....being upfront about everything. The carer was caring but was also assertive when she needed to be . She communicated any problems she encountered or advise with regards to my mum’s needs . My only criticism was the housekeeping, but once I addressed it ... it was resolved😊!

The experience working Veritas has been great, straightforward and pain free. We are very happy with appointed carer. We had two to choose from initially which was great both were suitable, we opted for the more experienced to our circumstance. Jonathon has been fantastic through the process. Would highly recommend.

Our 96 -year-old Mum/Mother-in-law was a spirited and feisty lady who had enjoyed independence right up until her final nine months, during which she had a number of health episodes, resulting in multiple visits to hospital, interspersed with spells in a number of care homes, none of which proved capable of handling her demanding behaviour and requirements. Finally, we recognised the need to have her back in her own home, but it quickly became apparent that the Family, although theoretically willing and able to provide the care help required, was really not up to the job. It was all just too intense for us to be able to maintain effectively.

This is when we called in Veritas. Right from the outset, our requirement was handled professionally, sensitively and efficiently by Jonathan Garrrett, who rapidly identified Beata, a Polish U.K.-based carer, as a suitable person to help with Betty's last weeks. She was superb! No words of praise are too strong to describe her effectiveness and professionalism, not to mention her sensitivity and gentleness in her handing of Betty.

All in all, we can warmly recommend Veritas, both as a Company, and as a provider of suitably qualified people to do the job. First class!

I would just like to say that i am extremely very happy in the way Veritas care help me ,they were always there at the end of the phone if I had any questions.The career that they sent me to look after my mother in the last few months of her life was outstanding she was considerate discrete caring and honest I could not have wished for anyone else she was an angel it made my life with my mother in the last few months very special because I could spend quality time with her without worrying about all the care that she needed thank you Veritas Care

Veritas was very professional and quick to respond to any queries I had. Our carer was very good although terribly messy in the kitchen! the main thing though she was extremely good with mum and that is all that matters.

In today's care environment cost is a key factor,
Veritas provides good quality care at an affordable cost to you with out compromising care quality., it enables you or your loved ones to remain in the comfort of their own home at a more than reasonable cost

Excellent support from Veritas in the recruitment process and we are delighted with the carer we have looking after my father. She is excellent in every way. Veritas have exceeded our expectations and I recommend them without reservation.

I found the Carers to be truely caring, going above and beyond what one would expect - even after I had to end the care (as my Father was simply too much for Live in Care any more) they continue ask after his welfare.

I was impressed also by the help given by the Vertias admin team, with special kudos going to Jonathan.

It is worth noting the this company is one of the few that does NOT require two carers to operate a Hoist or a Rotunda.

We have been using their services for over two months now and so far we are happy with their carer and the overall support. Very professional customer support team and quiet reliable carer.

We have used Veritas almost 1 year to provide full time live in care for my father who is 101 years old. He is mentally capable but has little to no mobility. Veritas provided a constant supply and provided rapid solutions for unexpected events. They are a caring and thoughtful operation. They want to make the caring experience work for you. They respond very quickly to any issues and questions. They can offer a very quick lead time for a carer

Generally the carers stayed for 6 weeks and then replaced by another carer. It is important for us to have a carer who speaks and understands English as my father is a talker and on this point i think there could be some improvements. You as the customer are resposible for accepting the carer based on a telephone call and CV - there was from time to time a difference between what they said they could do and what they could actually do. This i think requires some improvement - Veritas or their agent could do more vetting of the carer.

Overall I rate them very highly and would not hesitate to recommend them.

At first, I was not quite sure if leaving my mum with a stranger is a good idea. But when Ania arrived, I knew she’s the one to care for mum. Very professional, warm and friendly! We were delighted, both me and my mum.
