legit store,, fast shipping, but difficult communication
i ordered a Y2K Gold 2024 Nokia 3210 from them due to their store being in Auckland and offering a 12-month warranty on it. At first I wasn't sure if they were legit because their contact information on the website always kept showing up as from Ireland. What gave me piece of mind was the one time my phone call was answered.
I took a risk because they had Paypal and thankfully I got my item the next working day upon confirmation of payment, so I am giving them 5 stars for that. However, it has been very stressful because at first the Ireland branch emailed me saying my order went through to them and not to New Zealand. I told them it's because the NZ links always went back to the Ireland branch.
It was so hard to contact the New Zealand branch and I have only gotten hold of them once out of the many times I tried to call their number. Their website also keeps redirecting to the Ireland branch so the only email replies I ever received were from Ireland. Hope they fix their links and answer their calls during office hours. This would have been a stellar review otherwise.
