Fraudulent company. Uses sponsored links to appear as the New Zealand ETA authority, then charges you 4x the price of the visa, and doesn’t deliver the visa in a timely manner. Was able to get my ETA from the NZ app in 2 minutes, after waiting for hours for anything to move forward with this website.

Will be issuing a chargeback if the fees aren’t reversed.

Stay away from, they took huge amounts from our Visa without out cont and kept taking more , until we stopped the card

I want to be helpful, but after my experience, it would be a challenge. I paid their exorbitant fees at the suggestion of Tauck (my tour provider), and did so thinking it would be one less worry during a hectic time. Little did I know.... They refused to accept my passport scan -- after multiple attempts with different resolutions -- because there is a glare on the photograph IN my passport. I could do nothing to rectify this. Worse still, their website indicated that my application was being processed only to learn three weeks before departure that it wasn't. I've had to scramble with no guarantees that the new application through Tanzania's evisa site will be completed on time. Visa Central is utterly incompetent. The only thing they did right was refund my money and send me running for Tums.

SCAM service!!
They quoted a price and ended up charging my bank account for way more money and claimed to be 'extra fees'.
They then proceeded to put in the wrong information in the visa application and I told them 3 weeks consecutively that the information is wrong but they did nothing! I did NOT get any visa and they still refused to refund my money when they know they submitted the wrong information. I ended up applying by myself and i got the visa instantly. SHAME ON THEM! DO NOT USE THEM.

Terrible Service – No Results After Full Payment (2020 to Present)**

I paid the **full amount** for the **Atlantic Immigration Program (Canada)** in **2020**, but until now, we have received **no updates, no results, and no clear communication** from this visa center. Despite multiple follow-ups, they have failed to provide any meaningful progress or refund.

This is **not just our case**—many others are facing the same issue. If people knew how unreliable this company is, more complaints would flood their page. **Avoid them at all costs** if you don’t want to waste your money and time.

We demand **immediate action**: either process our applications properly or issue a full refund.

Just a scam Company.
the initial price was supposed to be 150 dollars but the whole experience ended up being 500 dollars without being informed about all the additional owner costs for example photo, power of attorney, phone calls etc. I was simply shocked. think several times before turning there.

I have been looking for agencies that are reliable and trusted, then I came to the page of Visa Center. I did not regret applying here. What I like about the Visa Center is there friendly and professional staff. Miss Kissmitt deliver the assessment clearly and she is available any time you have an inquiry. The process of my application is convenient because it is all via mail. I am also informed by my processing officer if what is my next step. They are doing their best in sending the docs and CV to the employer. I highly recommend this agency they will never fail you.

Perfect for busy people. They helped us with getting Russian visa with our minimum involvement.

I asked Visacentre.ca to book a visa appointment on my behalf which they assured me they would do. After I paid them, they took ages to respond, wouldn't answer the phone, gave me an incorrect date for my appointment and then asked if I could change my holiday as they couldn't get an appointment for me. After all that I cancelled the service and they refused to give back the full amount (reduced by $100) - stating that was part of the original agreement. I would DEFINITELY NOT advise anyone use this service, ever.
