Shocking service they just refunded me with no explanation, when I asked why they just said please contact the embassy or consulate.
There was no communication whatsoever I had to follow up ask why they just cancelled my order

I would leave zero star if I could. This service is such a joke! They do not help people with their visa or appointment, rather, they charge for doing nothing.

Poor process cost me USD$180 and 9 day delay
I was directed to VisaCenter to organize a Russian visa. They supplied me with a mailing address and no further information. I couriered the documents as required by the Russian visa website. On receival of the documents, Visa Centre then requested my residency information for Canada. When I informed them that I am not a resident they informed me that they could not process me application and asked for payment to return my documents.
Their failure to supply me with a list of required info before I sent my documents cost me 2 x USD$90 for the courier and set my application back 9 days.
Seriously poor process.
Update: Also, the person who was handling my process told their boss that I was informed about the residency. This was not the case. Again, instead of telling me that I was informed, they should have told me that they fixed the process.
I wish I could change this rating to zero, which is what they did for me, nothing!
