Scam. Excessive hidden fees!

Great service! I was a bit worried about the new visa application process but Adrienne and her colleagues in the Visa Center office in Toronto were very efficient, helpful and courteous. Adrienne arranged to book my appointment at the Ottawa office since it is closer to my home city. Thank you for making it so clear, simple and quick. I also appreciated the Live Chat options to ask questions while I was filling out the application.

Great and friendly service wish I had found it sooner. The response and support from your company from start to finish has been excellent. Received my visa without a hitch. Very happy.

Excellent prompt service. I was unable to negotiate Schengen visa appointment by myself online and your staff did it for me in no time! I will continue to use your services for my visas.

FRAUD AVOID!!!!!! If you schedule your trip for August, they schedule your appointment for September! They make this to force people change their dates and ask for more money. If you want to cancel it, they will keep the half. I stated on my application form that my dates are not changeable, and they still booked the appointment for one month after my scheduled trip and they say that they will not give refunds! They did not communicate with me to inform me that they aren't able to book it before my trip. They rely on their exclusion clause 100% and they are just scammers.

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS. They charge x4 times the actual price and refuse to give refunds. I was charged $180 CAD for a schengen visa that actually costs $50 CAD.
And nope, it didn't come with any extra perks. In fact, applying for visa through the embassy allows to select interview dates and visacenter.ca just signs you up for a random date with no options to change it. Rude customer service and no way to get your money back, I'm extremely disappointed. Wish there was a 0/5 option.

This is my third time using visacenter.ca. Before I have got my visas to Vietnam and Cambodia. Now they helped me with Brazil visa. Very professional service. I recommend them to all my friends who is traveling and need visas.

Visa Center has a great feature – they email you file progress updates. Unlike other similar companies here I was aware the status of my visa every step of the way. And overall – great service!

Their phone and chat support streamed us through application process. The team at visacenter.ca is amazing! They saved me the trip to the consulate.

I would absolutely recommend this company for any travel visa services. After reading some reviews I was not sure, but still applied thru them for my France visa interview and it was all on time and with good customer service. Very efficient!

They charge an big fee for services that are available at the embassy websites for free by falsely advertising early appointment dates.
And no refunds issued!

I try to apply schengen visa, they could not book me for early appointment. I ask them to cancel the service.
They charged me $100 for cancelation fee for no reason.

And They did not provide service at all!

I called Customer service. they said they are customer service they do not do refund!

Since when customer service just pick up the phone just say hello and hang up ??!!

DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! I just got scammed $150 for an interview booking with the Italian consulate. They do not provide any service that is endorsed by the visa offices. They do not guarantee you an interview. Read carefully the disclaimer as this is a business scam. Please contact the counsulate you are applying to, for the correct information. I cannot get my money back. Hope you do not fall into this trap.

I was out of time to get schengen visa to visit France, With the help and advice by Visa Center staff I have got earliest possible date for my interview and got visa in time for my trip. The only downside is the fee for urgent booking. But what can you do?!

Terrible experience, money grab!
After submitting online application they came back to me with the answer that next available date for the interview is in 2 month. I decided to cancel their services and ask about full refund (because they literally did nothing!).
They sent me the following note:
"As per T&C you have agreed to when filling out order form and order cancellation form you are entitled for refund: 5.Orders cancelled before appointment setting are subject to full refund minus admin fee of CAD85+tax."

You you want to use VISA CENTER services, think twice before you do!
