Waiting a month for my order. Requested for an update three times via email but haven't receive any response yet. I am assuming that this is just an error and will keep waiting for a response and or my order before I can give a full review of the product.

Pushy website but excellent service
A little pushy webpage. Can't say I care for that.
But the service is absolutely excellent, at least how I experienced it.
I ordered some Melatonin capsules from Vitasunn. They sent the pills as expected, nothing there.
Somewhere a mistake happened. My zip code was entered as state, and my old zip code was entered in the actual zip code field. So the pills were rejected by the post office and sent back. Vitasunn re-sent the pills to me to the correct address for no additional charge. That's the thing that made me change my opinion of them to being very positive.

Best Melatonin I have found so far - I have been using it for 20 years. Fast delivery and trustworthy to make business with. The only negative I can Think of is that not all products are always in stock.

I have used vitasunn previously and have never had any problems at all. Quick order turn around and excellent prices as well as customer service. Highly recommend. I don't do subscription services usually but i have signed up for auto ship and saving even more money

99% positive.
customer service was helpful and as prompt in replying as one could hope within reason. i not only could recommend Vitasunn to others, i already have.
im guessing you're looking for both good and bad, so If i was forced to point at something bad, it would be that the pills themselves dont come with much more information than "it will help you fall asleep". i would personally like some detail about possible side effects, what happens with long term use and things of that nature.
but im still very happy with the product, i take a pill every night and will for the rest of my life. you have a permanent costumer in me.
