Thank you for taking the time to post your review.
We have chased up your order and found that PostNord tried to deliver your parcel on 12-March and again on 13-March.
The parcel was then delivered to a local service point and a notice was sent to you on the 13th and again on the 20th.
As the parcel was not retrieved, it was sent back to our warehouse and is in transit to us at this time.

We apologise sincerely for this situation, but we had not received any indication from yourself that there was any problem!

At any rate;
We will contact you directly to confirm your delivery address and re-dispatch your order at no extra cost.

Rest assured that we WILL get this sorted out for you ASAP.
