VJM Computers Opiniones

The whole purchasing experience was great from start to finish.

The website was easy to navigate with various straightforward choices to make up a computer specification.

The delivery speed was incredible. I paid an additional small fee for expedited service and after placing my order on a Thursday, my mighty NUC mini was with me by the following Saturday! The package was delivered by courier (with advanced notification of a delivery slot) and the packaging was excellent.

Communications were great, with some queries I had at different stages being addressed promptly and comprehensively.

All in all, I’m very pleased with the purchasing experience and my new computer!

We have been buying our company computers from VJM for some time now and they deliver the best service every time. If you need after sales service as well, they are always there.

VJM’s website is straightforward and easy to use, even for Luddites.
The wonderfully compact desktop arrived exactly on time with pre-loaded Ram and Windows and without doubt, is the fastest and most effective machine I’ve encountered, with service to match.

Easy purchase process and super fast delivery. Excellent service.

I emailed before placing an order to discuss options. It was promptly replied to. I then phoned and received more information. Once I had placed order the computer was quickly built, tested and despatched and received in perfect working order suited precisely to my needs.

Was looking for a micro computer for business use. I saw that VJM were doing the an MSI that was suitable. Order place and faster then the estimated lead time.

Found VJM computers on the web. Asked if they could ring me next month, yes they did, they had the spec we wanted, and they were very easy to talk to. The price was good, the software was preloaded and the delivery was only a few days. Unpacked, plugged in and all working.

My order arrived in good time, well-packaged and via tracked delivery. PC was built to spec, competitively priced and the seller quickly provided my Windows 11 Pro key via email, so I have it for reference.

The only negative was the courier. DPD left the parcel out in the rain without ringing my doorbell even though I was home. But the packaging meant that the PC was dry and is working fine so far.

I brought a mini PC from VJM as my my ageing desktop was not compatible with Windows 11 so it was time for an upgrade. I ordered on a Sunday and by the following Thursday my new machine had arrived and worked straight out the box with no issues. Great price and great service.

I bought an Intel NUC11 gamer mini PC from them recently. The whole process was super smooth, I asked a question regarding my purchase and they replied in a few hours (and this was on a weekend), and they shipped my NUC the next business day. All upgrades I bought (extra ram and ssd) are perfectly working. And for the product I chose they're a bit cheaper than the competition. I highly recommend this shop.

Bought a mini PC to update our old computer. Excellent service, new PC arrived quickly and it's brilliant. No waiting for it to load its instantaneous, very very fast and reliable. I've bought from VJM before and they are always great to deal with. I'll be buying from them again.

I have been using VJM Computers for years to supply mini PCs for my offices.

They have great advice, fast delivery times, and the products are always high quality.

We will continue to use VJM Computers every time we need to add to or upgrade our PCs for our offices.

I ordered an Asus PN51 from VJM Computers and would absolutely recommend them as a company to do business with.

The ordering process was straightforward with no hidden extras unlike some other sites. A couple of days later there was another email to say that the computer was ready including the extra RAM I ordered.

The only annoyance in the whole thing was that the courier didn't even ring my doorbell but instead left the package behind the side gate, but obviously that's outside the control of VJM computers. At least I got an immediate automated email to say that's where it was so I could go & pick it up.

The machine itself is great - tiny, fast and quiet, and came with Windows 11 Pro fully pre-installed so it really was a case of plug it in, switch it on and away you go.

In summary - this is the kind of company and online service that many other companies, including some of the really big ones, should look up to.

The whole service can't be faulted.
Great value and superb service from order stage to how easy the mini PC was to set up.
Thank you. I am recommending you to all my friends.

Very quick delivery of an excellent product. Well designed, and packaged, definitely recommend this.

Very helpful and courteous. Quick turnaround on order

Website was easy to navigate and order through. Delivery was fairly quick and pc has performed flawlessly.

My PC packed in 2 days before Christmas, what a nightmare.
Over Christmas I spent a lot of hours on my phone browsing products and product info from all over the place and found VJM, the website was really clear and easy to use and they are based in the UK which was a massive plus as I needed the PC pretty quickly.

This company was one of the few companies working over the holiday, I was a bit apprehensive about buying a pre made PC but Vincent was happy to give advice and politely answer all my pre purchase questions within minutes, not only that without being asked he included an extra with the deal to make my life easier setting everything up.

Ordering was dead straightforward and acknowledged immediately. I forgot to add the coupon code and Vincent applied that retrospectively as well - lots of places wouldn't...and the refund was back on my card withing 1 working day!

The PC arrived on time via DPD and it worked straight out of the box exactly as promised.

I am so pleased with the quality of the product, it's performance and the overall service I received, that's why I gave 5 stars and the title as outstanding.

Great mini computer; fast and responsive, excellent quality, covers all my current requirements and future proofed for the foreseeable.
Had a chat with Vincent from VJM Computers beforehand to make sure this item was suitable for my needs. He was most helpful. Item, with additional requested software installed, arrived a couple of days later. Plug and play and so far I’m delighted.

Couldn’t be more satisfied. Needed to upgrade my laptop for editing 4k GoPro video and found them expensive and limited spec so started to explore mini pcs.
Found lots of apparently super fast mini pcs from China and very close to ordering…until found VJM from Preston!
Vincent from VJM immediately replied to all my queries and I was given no pressure but sound advice. Felt reassured and trusting of VJM with such a big purchase and actually ordered a more expensive spec than he suggested.
Settled on a workstation which while a little bigger is outstandly powerful with the graphics card. Built and delivered within 3 days and with me on the day that was promised before I ordered.
The pc exceeded my expectations. Thought I might have to connect an external sound card but the kit as supplied connects audio straight through the HDMI or Bluetooth. Having windows 11 Pro installed gave me the bitlocker facility I’ve wanted for ages.
Really impressed with VJM in all aspects and heartily recommend.
Takes me back to the early 90s with local pc specialists when we used to share enthusiasm and interest in getting the best out of tech not just sales.
