VJM Computers Opiniones

Couldn’t be more satisfied. Needed to upgrade my laptop for editing 4k GoPro video and found them expensive and limited spec so started to explore mini pcs.
Found lots of apparently super fast mini pcs from China and very close to ordering…until found VJM from Preston!
Vincent from VJM immediately replied to all my queries and I was given no pressure but sound advice. Felt reassured and trusting of VJM with such a big purchase and actually ordered a more expensive spec than he suggested.
Settled on a workstation which while a little bigger is outstandly powerful with the graphics card. Built and delivered within 3 days and with me on the day that was promised before I ordered.
The pc exceeded my expectations. Thought I might have to connect an external sound card but the kit as supplied connects audio straight through the HDMI or Bluetooth. Having windows 11 Pro installed gave me the bitlocker facility I’ve wanted for ages.
Really impressed with VJM in all aspects and heartily recommend.
Takes me back to the early 90s with local pc specialists when we used to share enthusiasm and interest in getting the best out of tech not just sales.

Exceptional service throughout. Communication was clear and delivery quick; they also helped resolve an issue, going above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Great buying experience online and on phone. Build and delivery within 2 days. Great product

Immediate response in both replying to emails, with repair and return, under guarantee of computer with only a few months left of warranty.

Absolutely fantastic service from VJM Computers. I purchased a Intel Nuc 12 pro and was delivered the next day. I had really good communication and advise from the guys there. Would definitely use again.

I've been using VJM for years now.
Whilst the sector may have its competition - I've personally experienced service & support from them which was & is always above & beyond.

Fantastic on all fronts!

I have praise in abundance, for both VJM & the product I bought,it took me a while to decide which one I wanted,my questions were answered with clarity and without bias.
I'm sincerely appreciative of all communications.

Ordered a pre-configured mini computer. Price was competitive and was safely delivered earlier than I had expected - only 2 days from order, fully configured and tested. Everything worked fine and I was up and running almost immediately

Great product and excellent service.

I would certainly recommend the company; very easy to deal with and everything flowed though flawlessly. Website made everything very clear, including tracking, and so had no need to contact directly - info was all there. Delivered by DPD who I find totally dependable.

Would use again.

Have used them before & were good then & that level has been just as good this time

I've used VJM a number of times and am very happy with the service provided. I use the VESA mount to have the unit on the back of the monitor. The website was easy to use and the ordering process was simple. Delivery was within the time scale stated when ordering. The whole process worked smoothly.

I was looking for a mini computer to replace my very old tower. Research threw up various models but, when looking at reviews it became obvious that there were a lot of mediocre products out there.
As a Luddite technophobe senior citizen, after discussing my requirements with my son and on the basis of VJM reviews, I decided to go with them, and I’m so glad I did.
After ordering on a Sunday evening, I received the mini computer early on Tuesday. Setting up the box was quite easy, even for me, and I am very happy with the speed, capacity and size of the box.
I can recommend VJM and its products based on my experience.

Genuinely surprised at how good the support was. The product was excellent and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had an issue that was beyond the control of VJM. There were no quibbles and they refunded my card immediately. They will be my first port of call for computing needs in future.

Great tech advice brilliant turn around and delivery, excellent PC.

My dealings with VJM have been nothing but first class. I had an issue with a payment method , so VJM set aside the units we needed (the last three they had in stock) until we sorted ourselves out. Delivery times were ahead of what stated. Definitely recommend VJM on what we have experienced.

From my initial contact the service was swift, courteous and helpful. It was very simple to choose my options and order plus delivery was speedy.

The Intel NUC is a fine bit of kit and not only works extremely fast (I went with an i7 CPU and 32gb RAM) but is really small (about 12cm wide), which fits on my desktop a treat.

Fantastic service in providing bespoke computers. Very easy to order using the website and fast delivery. Would definitely recommend.
Cheers

I needed a specific, older version of Windows 10 on a box to test software for a legacy system before deploying in production. VJM responded very quickly, the box arrived a few days after payment with the correct version. Exemplary service, highly recommended.

I was very pleased with your service. The order came a day early and the tracking via DPD was excellent.

I'm very happy with the device you built for me.

One small niggle - the power brick came with a Euro plug. I couldn't find any adapters nearby, so I had to put a UK plug on the lead.

Other than that, thanks again for a great service.

I am very happy with the service that VJM Compters gave. The website was easy to use and the ordering process was simple. Delivery was within the time scale stated when ordering. The whole process worked smoothly.

Quick delivery and good experience with all mini PC's I bought.
