We had a big problem with vodafone customer service We went into Aberystwyth vodafone shop the staff there was very very helpful I was introduced to Matt the manager who went over and above with the help and assistance over a couple of days to help with our problems.

I had such an amazing experience, this young lady called Nicola was so patient and welcoming, she manage to sort out my problems with such ease. If your’e ever in need of help I recommend seeing her. Vodafone definitely did a really good job hiring her. Brilliant.

Really good service!
I went in to the Aberystwyth shop earlier today to see about roaming charges as I am going abroad in the next few weeks. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and Michelle gave me great information and helped me out with a roaming pass.
It's good to know that there are still face to face customer services available instead of having to read everything online and maybe not understanding everything about it all.
Many thanks - I now have all that I need to keep in touch with people while I'm away.

Had to upgrade my phone while on holiday!!!
I needed to upgrade my phone before the end of the previous contract, and in terms of particular needs I now had. I can't remember the name of the lady who initially dealt with me - and she was brilliant - but she had to hand me over (very smoothly!) to Nic, who took me through my needs in terms of daily use, the kind of phone I wanted, the details of the contract I was bringing to an end, the options regarding the new contract, and the cost implications. I actually wound up saving money on phone use, and I got a really substantial upgrade for less than I'd feared, because of her diligence. I couldn't have asked for better service, but Nic was also appropriately engaging, friendly, witty, and combined thorough professionalism with a really human touch. I can't speak too highly of her or her colleague who started the process with me. It couldn't have been done more easily or competently.
