Visited the basildon store today due to my phone needing to be upgraded as it was slow and I spoke to Scott who assisted me and found the perfect phone for me to upgrade to. Very pleased with the service today

Came into store as I had issues logging…
Came into store as I had issues logging into my account and needed to upgrade my sim plan I was met with a friendly worker called Scott who helped me login to my online account and helped me upgrade and saved me money on my monthly bill. 10/10 service

Steve was fantastic really helped me in getting me new phone. I only visited the shoo to get some help with my bill. I always find it so daunting but Steve made it such a pleasure and made the whole visit seem effortless.

Steve was great. I had problems with my phone. He fixed them all then changed me to a new plan with more benefits and also got me connected on my ipad too.

Great customer service
I have been a customer at Vodafone for over 20 years. I was assisted with upgrading my phone by a young man called Reece, and I can honestly say he was by far the most helpful person I've had dealings with within this store at Bsildon. I normaly dread the whole upgrade as its all very confusing, and takes ages. Also I have come across some not so helpful people within this store but Reece really took his time and explained everything in such a way i totally understood! His an absolute credit to Vodafone!

Reece was amazing I couldn’t fault him at all he.his what customer service is all about even tho he could not resolve my problem (which was well out of his control) I can honestly say if I did not come in store and make contact with Reece vodaphone would definitely be a customer down big shout out to Reece in the Basildon vodaphone branch BOCH👊🏽

Your team that work in the Vodafone…
Your team that work in the Vodafone store in Basildon are absolutely brilliant I was there yesterday for two and half hours there was a problem with my iPhone 12 mini I could not switch from 3G to 4G it took a lot of perseverance from your staff to get the problem resolved and switch my phone to 4G.
I cannot thank them enough for resolving the problem.

I visited the Vodafone store in Basildon to Visit Zain as I have always been served and helped by him. As usual his service was top notch and always provides me with the best experience and help. Can’t fault him! Amazing staff and team overall. I trust them as that’s the only store I visit!
