I came in store to query my bill as a new customer to Vodaphone asI didn't understand the bill, however Tom dealt with me and was really helpful, very friendly and able to explain a lot of things to me, I even found out that I can swap the Sim in my phone, but only next March'27, which I will do. He also had a look at my current contract and was able renew the broadband to a cheaper price and with an extra benefit!!! Well done Tom, I am really happy and so grateful. Thank you.

Matthew was fab!
Matthew was absolutely fantastic and really listened to what I needed in a phone. He did many comparisons for me to try and keep costs low as this is paramount for me. This was my first time in the Vodafone…
This was my first time in the Vodafone shop in Birkenhead. Both Laura and Beth were so helpful in setting me up on a 2yr contract. It was stress free and an amazing deal. Would highly recommend to others. Thank you both.
