Tom assisted myself and my husband in upgrading our phones. Tom has been extremley helpful, he was able to answer all our queries. Tom is very personable and an excellent sales person. We both would of found it difficult to upgrade and transfer all data. Tom also saved us money on our new phones. A big thank you to Tom.
