Very helpful staff
The staff (Kully in particular) were extremely helpful and explained everything to me. I had quite a few things needed, they sorted all my issues.

New phone
I went into store as the back of my phone had come away. Maryam sorted me out with a new phone, trade-in and tablet for cheaper than what I was already paying. She really looked after my best interests

Really good experience in store
Really good experience in store, went in to check my data roaming for when I go away. The store was slightly busy but this the wait time didn’t seem that long at all due to regular updates and conversation. Once saw we had a look through my account and they really helped me understand that I was actually overpaying on my bill due to the last contract finishing and help with set up a new sim only deal.
Really attentive members of the team with great customer service skills.

Give Kully A Raise.
Came here expecting to see good reviews about Kully. He opened the store early for me and insisted, didn't make me feel bad about it. Managed to recommend just the right phone for my situation which was urgent as I start a new role soon and needed one ASAP.
It was affordable, exactly what I needed and even the right colour. Came with a free tablet. He was personable, laid back and gave solid advice. Went out of his way to make things smooth and to help me out where possible with prices. Sound guy. Good store and good tunes.
Didn't even ask me to write a review which speaks volumes. Will be heading back tomorrow to sort out a sim and I trust it will be dealt with.
