Salma was fantastic in store today. She made the process so simple and really listened to what my son wanted as his contract. She gave him so many options, was really knowledgeable and got us a deal we were very happy with. Next time we come back, we will be requesting to have Salma again as this is the best experience we have had at Vodafone and I have been a customer for many years! Just brilliant. Very happy with the service.

Good help
Sid, one of the managers here helped me and my mum. He was friendly and gave us discounts which helped us a lot. People like him should be in every store in the Mall.

The manager Sid was so helpful and…
The manager Sid was so helpful and patient. He explained everything fully . The only downside was not his fault but the credit check team who approved my husband’s new phone but didn’t follow through the paperwork and so Sid had to put it through again. I will definitely be changing my phone from O2 in the very near future

Salma at vodafone blackburn was lovely
Salma at vodafone blackburn was very patient and understanding. she helped me get all pf my family sims and move my broadband. She explained everything very well to me and kept everything simple whilst giving me all the information.
