My SIM card wasn't working
My SIM card wasn't working, I was running late to a training session I was delivering. I was distressed. Salma and Sid were extremely helpful and considerate about my situation. My SIM card was changed. The issue wasn't resolved, it was with my phone. I had to leave in a hurry. But returned later. Salma with Sid support was able to guide me to finding a phone I could afford, she transferred my data, made helpful recommendations. I can't thank them enough for turning a crappy day around for me.
