Great customer service! I came to Vodafone because i will be traveling to Italy and I was worried about extra charger. Marcin was great he put cheap package for me. He was polite and very informative.

Went to buy a new phone a I have has…
Went to buy a new phone a I have has mine for few years and needed update, Adam couldn't have been more helpful,advised me on the best phone fory needs and set everything up transferring all my apps ,data etc from my old phone onto the new one ,he even saved me on my monthly £10 top up which i now only pay £9!!!! Would recommend this store 100%

Brilliant customer service in Blackpool 10 stars
Nikki in the Blackpool store was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Would give Nikki 10 out of 10 for outstanding customer service. A true asset to Vodafone.

Amazing customer service
I have been into store on a number of occasions recently and Nikki has always been amazing! She is helpful, courteous and professional and helped me to sort out my broadband service cancellation which had not been actioned. I also bought a new phone and contract and she got me a brilliant deal with money back for my old handset! Great customer service!!
