I am a real dinosaur when it comes to technology but Juliette at the Bognor branch explained everything really clearly and made me feel OK about not knowing stuff, excellent customer service!

Fantastic service
Bradley was incredible from start to finish.
Bradley was very professional and friendly made me feel welcome and I felt that Bradley was genuinely was happy to help me. I explained that I’m not very technical with phones and don’t understand phone jargon.
Bradley took the time to explain everything to me and changed the language so I could really understand. I really appreciated the time and patience Bradley had for me and I was made to feel comfortable and a valued customer.
Bradley showed me the difference between the 2 phones I was looking at and gave me time to process everything. Gave me all of the information I needed to make the decision
It’s because of the service from this store that I stay with Vodafone as I trust that I will get the best value for money.
I’m very grateful for Bradley’s help

Visited Bognor Regis office today…
Visited Bognor Regis office today experiencing some issues with my phone connection. Tried doing it on line but due to connection issues couldn’t receive security text to search, told to visit Vodafone shop. Brad took all the details was very helpful & knowledgeable. Told it might take up to 24 hours to resolve was sorted within 3 hrs , Thankyou Brad will certainly call in again when my contract is due for renewal
