Came in to the Bognor branch and was met by a friendly chap upon entering. I understand very little with phones and he helped me out and also got my phone up and running again. Much appreciated.

Charlie helped me make my contract cheaper and sort s few issued I had with the use of my phone and vodafone app. He was amazing and provided me with great customer service

Unhelpful staff will not help with anything post sale
Rude, unhelpful staff. Namely the blonde girl, Meg who spent most of her time on the phone to her boyfriend asking whether her parcels had been delivered and chatting about her afternoon plans.
I went in today after receiving a letter from debt collectors about an outstanding bill for an account I closed a year ago! Or so I thought! The salesperson I saw in store last year hadn't actioned my request and so I had continued to be billed and this had been passed to a debt collection agency.
After much back and forth the assistant manager Charlie handed me a generic form with an out of date complaint number. Both insisted they could not help and in fact the 2 other customers who visited whilst I were there were fobbed off too.
It was abundantly clear that they only care about making sales and not resolving problems post purchase.
Due to their attitudes I have cancelled all of my Vodafone accounts (and got it in writing!) and will not be recommending them to anyone. Absolutely abysmal customer service.

No 5g to 5g Internet! Excellent service!
I came into store today as since getting my new phone a year ago I have not been able to get 5g signal. I have been to numerous stores to try and solve the issue with many Sim swaps and the promise of a fix, nothing. Charlie and George have gone above and beyond today to get the issue rectified. After over an hour in store and a full plan reset I finally have 5g! Thank you so much for your help. Also entertained my dog who was more than happy with their service (strokes) 🐶
